I used to order from PopSocket all the time and they were very reasonably priced. Now, I find that I need to spend nearly £25-30 for a single pop socket even though I don't want a MagSafe option. They... もっと見る

Shipping issues and bad service
*UPDATE*
So it turns out they canceled my order because the items were out of stock this whole time.
I know their website says they are experiencing longer shipping times due to the virus but the last time I was given an update was on the 29th and it was just an email with a chart saying when orders should be expected to go out. I tried contacting them just for an update but they haven’t gotten back to me. All I want to know is where my package is and if it’s even still going to ship.

Terrible experience with this company
Terrible experience with this company. They let you buy 2 popsockets and tell you that they're fully swappable. Yet there are now different types of bases so surely when you add these to your basket you should be made aware that the replacement head you've bought is or isnt compatible. Waste of money.

I'm sorry to hear that your recent PopSockets purchase didn't meet your expectations.
I want to let you to know that we do offer a brief description for every product on our website; including whether it belongs to our new swappable eco-system or if it's a classic (non-swappable) version. If you experience any functional and/or quality issues with your PopGrip, please be sure to let us know through our help center, and we'll assist you as quickly as possible. Stay healthy.

Poor quality and rubbish costumer service
Initially I thought the experience was amazing. Delivery was quick and the products looked of very good quality. However, after two weeks they just stopped sticking to my phone. The glue did not hold at all. I tried to review this on their website and my review was never published, not to mention I received no answer from them when I complained about the issue and my only option now is to order another base for my pop-walet+.
Do not recommend, too overpriced for its service.

Dreadful online service
Firstly the products themselves are quite good. However, online site experience dreadful.
I made two purchases recently. The first order contained 2 customized popsocket & one regular one. My second order was a car mount that I forgot to order.
Car mount was delivered by courier fairly quickly, followed the next day with 1 part of my initial order. That was it! No correspondence from them. I contacted customer service who said they would look into it. 1 week later, still nothing. 3 emails later I'm informed by a helpful woman, there was a problem printing my popsocket & that I wasn't charged..nothing about the regular popsocket order whatsoever..& no apology for messing my order up. I was informed I could order again with a current discount code for a cheaper price.
Ordering online appears to be a nightmare & not one, from my own first experience shopping here to be recommended or repeated.
