I’ve been scammed by this company paid in full online and money was taken from my account no email confirmation of my order I’ve messaged them 3 times and no response I’ve gone to my card provider for a debit back. AVOID at all costs

1 Star – Poor product quality and no response from customer service
I purchased two PopStrap straps for USD 300. Unfortunately, the quality of the products I received was extremely disappointing and did not match my expectations given the price.
One of the straps was defective when I received it, and the overall quality and workmanship of the straps were not what I expected for a premium-priced product.
I contacted PopStrap within their stated 14-day return period to request a return and refund. I also sent multiple follow-up emails, but I have received no response at all.
While the product quality was disappointing, the lack of customer service and complete absence of communication has been the most frustrating part of this experience. A company selling premium-priced accessories should provide both quality products and proper after-sales support.
I am sharing my experience so that other customers can make a more informed decision before purchasing from PopStrap.
