Beware of Popular Electronics Website Scam
I ordered from their Popular Electronics dot com website. The store uses SHOP app for their payment processing. I was given an email confirmation and a tracking number. A few days later I went to check up on the order and used the tracking number. USPS had that the tracking number was voided. I went to the shop app and saw they had the delivery was cancelled. I didn't receive an email about it so I emailed the company. I received an email stating they had to cancel due to the product not really being in stock. Tim M. offered a lesser product instead. I wrote back that if that was the case I would have needed to have been informed by email and my order cancelled and refunded. So far, no refund has been provided. The website is quite primitive and the shop app they use has terrible reviews. Popular Electronics had only one review on Trustpilot. It was positive but barely. This is likely scam website that never intends on sending out its products. The third I have encountered that used the shop app as their payment system. Beware of both companies.
