Portable Sun レビュー

I ordered the discover energy bundle from portable sun and it arrived pretty quickly. The driver helped bring the pallet into my garage which was very helpful. Portable sun was the best priced from my research and I would be happy to work with them again.

I was able to order eighteen 600W Canadian Solar panels...didn't have to order an entire pallet, which I didn't need. Matt was extremely helpful. He even delayed my shipment, upon my request, when I found out there would be a delay in the install. Despite the panels being larger than typical, they were delivered safely packaged without any damage.

Short version: The only shipment being sent is #5499 for $2201.84 NO OTHER SHIPMENTS HAVE BEEN SENT OR RECEIVED. Made an agreement with the company to pay their credit card charges for the reversals of the other purchases that their system charged and to accept one shipment only. Orders 5510($520.04);#5509($2201.84)
; and #5508($2310.69). This amounts to $5032.57 for no products delivered and/or received.

This business is a joke, completely ignorant.

They pulled a fast one on me and sent me a different panel than the others. Tried to work it out with the business, but they refused to do so.

This is the problem with American Businesses like this one: they can't admit when they make a mistake. I even reasoned and asked for them to refund just half of the panel. They stated, "Oh, we already gave you a discount...." The discount that was given is for everyone who uses a promo code, which is a joke of a business.

Let me put this in perspective for you: if your shipping department actually called me and told me that you were out of the exact model of panels I ordered, there would have been no problem.
