We decided to sell our home in Los Balcones in July 2025.
After discussing with friends, and a work colleague, several recommended contacting Portfolio Deluxe to discuss a plan to achieve maximum returns on our property.
From the quickly arranged initial meeting Milesd Sofia presented a well structured marketing strategy that would present our property to its full potential. We were encouraged to consider the options presented without any time pressure, which we liked.
Our listing was simply perfect, our home never looked as good as it did in the photos.
Miles communicated very clearly about potential viewings, and we felt he did an exceptional job of only showing genuine potential clients around.
The process was very well managed, with open communications, from start to finish. Miles and Sofia were available to answer questions seemingly 24 hours a day (we were on holiday in different time zones during the selling process).
