I keep receiving spam emails from this…
I keep receiving spam emails from this company. They include an “unsubscribe here” link, but it’s broken and goes to a 404 error page, so you can’t actually unsubscribe. Really poor practice and totally illegal in the UK.

I’m really sorry to hear you’ve been receiving emails from us, and especially that the “unsubscribe” link is returning a 404 error. That’s not acceptable and I can completely understand your frustration.
We don’t traditionally send out broad email campaigns. However, it’s possible you were included in a focused/local marketing campaign where prior consent had been recorded. Either way, we want to resolve this immediately.
Please email us at business@portrait.org.uk with the email address that’s receiving the messages, and we will:
• remove you from any active marketing lists with immediate effect, and
• investigate and fix the broken unsubscribe link as a priority.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, and again, apologies for the inconvenience caused.
