Yet another online shop with rubbish service........

Se si potesse dai 0. Sito truffa. Ordine effettuato, soldi presi. Annullano l'ordine, poi scrivono in logistica. Non rispondono alle segnalazioni. Non effettuano rimborso. Totalmente sito truffa. Che vergogna.

portugalstore.fpf.pt sent me a defective official Portugal Soccer Team Jersey - the emblem is completely bent and I requested a return - THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO ME. I ordered from Arizona and also have to pay a $90 DHL shipping fee as well. VERY DISAPPOINTED with their customer service, but what can you expect, Portuguese people love ripping off other Portuguese people. Spent almost $400 and this is the thank you I receive. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM portugalstore.fpf.pt EVER AGAIN.

Made an order with DHL express delivery, 3 weeks later still no item, no update, and its impossible to contact the customer service or anyone responsible for handling these cases.they got my money.. so next step is escalating with VISA and get a refund from them.

Avoid this company. Ordered a shirt and shorts and after paying for it, I've received an email the next day saying they don't have it in stock. The email said I would receive a refund within a short amount of time. 6 months later, no refund and they stop responding to emails

Them cheaters. I make order since 13 February 2,100€ now 3 months , they don't sent don't reply email don't care anything very bad experinece. Should't to buy hear cheaters 😡😡😡

trainingsuit: they state on the website "for 8-9year olds". i ordered it for a kid of 6,5 years. arrived, way too small... decided to return. return form is not working, contacted the customer service, they just sent the same not working link over and iver again. nothing is working.
spent 160€ for nothing. big scam

Terrible experience! Actually the worst I ever had especially with such a big company. Made order, decided to return. Wrote about 4 to 5 e-mail’s in a month and no reply on how to return. I found how alone by the website. Returned and tracked that it was delivered next day. No refund no reply. Escalated my case further to get my refund through my payment method. Do not buy it is a scam!

Made an order. Paid. Did not receive it after several days. No feedback on their side. No way to contact them as the website form keeps giving me error msgs.
