I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience with this company has been unbelievably poor from start to finish.
I purchased a POS bundle and from the moment it arrived, everything became unnecessarily difficult. The return process has been the hardest Iâve ever dealt with â endless emails, delayed responses, and no clear answers from customer service. Most of my communication was with Daniela, and in my experience she made the situation even harder. It genuinely felt like she was looking for reasons not to process my return, even though the product itself was brand new.
The only issue was that there was a tiny tear on the outer shipping box, a box that had another box inside it with the untouched printer. It was such a minor thing, yet it was used as a reason for me not to return the items which havenât been touched or used!
I was given incorrect and conflicting information about their return policy, including fees and conditions that do not appear anywhere on their website. Every reply felt dismissive and unhelpful, and at no point was I able to speak with anyone who actually understood what I needed. All I wanted was an exchange for a size that would fit my desk, yet the entire process became exhausting and dragged out.
The customer service has been the worst Iâve experienced with any company â slow, unprofessional, and incredibly frustrating. Iâve wasted days trying to get basic help.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company unless you are prepared to deal with poor communication and a return process that feels intentionally difficult.
