Our house search in Dubai was very exhausting. Despite the high price, the offer in Dubai Hills was very tight. Danara accompanied us for several weeks and also understood that we initially rejected objects. With her help, we finally found the right object. Even after the mediation, Danara provided us with important information on many question. Danara offers an professional all round carefree package that we greatly appreciate and are happy to recommend at any times.

Even though I'm new to Dubai and I don't know much about Dubai, Elvis helped me a lot and everything became very easy for me. I would like to thank Elvis first and then Positive Properties for helping me find the apartment I was looking for very easily and in a very short time.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to my agent (Deepak) from Positive Properties for the excellent service provided. Deepak was very helpful in facilitating the whole process end to end to rent an apartment at Business Bay in Dubai, and made the whole experience very seamless and easy. I also appreciate that Deepak remained available and offered his help with any issues after the lease procedures were concluded. I will definitely come back should I need help renting another property in Dubai in future.

I had very bad experience with this property agent. Very unprofessional attitude of the agent lead to breaking of MOU.
1. Agent , Mr. Jeff Raju , was totally unprofessional and when checked with RERA , he was not even registered there.
2. He did not do due diligence of the property.
3. He stopped responding to mail and call.
4. Be careful and make sure you are dealing with right agent.

Mr. Akif smoothed my deal in the most effective way, Due to my pregnancy situation it was difficult for me to go through the process of selling my villa, but Mr. Akif was gentle enough to handle the whole process without having me to step out of my house many times. Really appreciate having such professional brokers in our city.

The best & positive experience ever with mr. Jashnai - he knows his job well and showed me many options exactly in that area I wish. Found an apartment in a couple of hours. Strongly recommend!

I had a great experience with Positive Properties, they're really true to their name, they made my experience super positive and hassle free, I had the pleasure of dealing with Mohaseen, he was professional, accommodating and super friendly, he went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from day one, through out my rent and until the day I left the apartment.

It was a very pleasant experience compared to other agents I had encountered before. Chris Philips was very patient with my requests (checking measurements for me, etc.), and answered my queries promptly even during late hours. He was very easy to deal with and always offered help/ assistance when needed. Very professional. I'd recommend him to anyone.

He told me that Remraam is the name of the flower which only blooms in desert and as rightly said my life bloomed the moment I entered the community and found my apartment he showed around. She’s transparent, accommodating, professional and sincere on customer satisfaction. We highly recommend Ms. Bhavya and we’re looking forward to be working with her again.

DON'T DEAL WITH SAMIR JAMALUDEEN AND SHAKEER

I have taken apartment through this Agency. After signing the contract noticed they haven't mentioned Landlord contact detailes on the Contract. I faced so many issues with the apartment I took and Agent Samir and his assistant never responded my calls after taken their fees. Instead of landlord number agent number was there in the contract. So no one to complaint. When I reached out Shakeer to get my Security deposit he said he is no longer working with Positive properties and I didnt even get my deposit back. Dont ever trust this Company

Very professional work and well organised. Within less then 24h, my unit was rented by Ms. Humisha. She very active and she knows what’s the Client needs, I totally recommend all the owners and who is looking for any property to connect with her as am sure she can find what is best and suitable for both parties.

The experience was smooth n very swift. Bavya is such a gal with lots of positive energy n zeal. Did almost everything for me n guided me well when I needed help. I recommend her to everyone who has experienced a disappointment before. Thanx Bavya. God bless
