Having ordered a couple of posters, there was a slight issue which was resolved very quickly. Could not fault the service and how promptly they replied.

Whilst I find your product excellent
Whilst I find your product excellent, could I suggest that you rely less on Royal Mail as your delivery agent? I ordered my framed prints on 29th March and am still awaiting delivery on 9th April.
