Postmates is getting worse and worse. This is the 3rd order in 2 months where the delivery estimated time is slowly pushed back and now it's getting delivered 2hr 30 minutes after the order and the initial estimate of 1 hour. Postmates is just Uber so definitely not going to be using Uber either.

What is wrong with Postmates? I got double billed for the tip on my last order. I reported it to them and all they do is send me gibberish duplicate responses from a bot. It's a total waste of my time and it's one of the sickest things I've ever experienced.

Information management system from offer to visiting site to ordering to applying coupons were flawless! Keep up the good work, Uber subsidiary!

Driver delivered early and efficient, but order was completely wrong. Tried to access help and could not get any help. Will not use this service again. I see this is affiliated with Uber and I have great experiences there. But find this service so lackluster it is not worth my time or money.

Fees are high and the menu prices are way higher than the actual restaurant menu prices.

I would rate this lower if possible. Why? Your menus are not the same as the menus offered by the eateries. This is such trash. Why don't you operate off of the normal menus? Can't get horchatta when EVERY Mexican eatery offers it? Really?? Are you fkn serious?? The ONE item I wanted from the restaurant's menu YOU don't offer? First and LAST time using postmates. You are a joke.

They were going to charge me $48.59 for a $20 order at Taco Bell (this was even AFTER they applied a promo code, so it WOULD have been more.... ). Thank you Lord I remembered I have the Taco Bell app and they delivery direct from the app! I got the exact same order delivered for $24.30. Crazy that they can even mark it up that much!!

Driver came like a half hour early and was so nice. Food is always correct and fresh, best experience with a delivery service so far!

The burrito & bowl had very little meat in it & both was mostly rice ! I will never order anything from Qdoba Mexican Eats again !

The food I ordered and that merchant were great, the reason for 3 stars is because Postmates never sent a push notification when the order was on the way or delivered. Eventually they sent a push notification saying "was your order ever delivered?" And that's when I checked and saw my food had been outside on my doorstep for who knows how long because it was definitely cold by then.

It was easy to order and pay. The delivery driver was great. The only negative was the coupon code I tried to use didn't work. I checked the code email and saw it had conditions in addition to the stated ones, but there were no details on the additional conditions. I felt misled.
