They used to be good. Why are they charging HST and still forcing you to use EMT payments? If they were legit which they are not. Topbc bud is better and they don't charge tax.

Their customer service is horrible. They don't reply to emails. They don't answer when you use the Chat With Us button.
They don't give you an ETA on your delivery, they just suddenly phone and say they've arrived. I paid for my order 2 hours ago and they haven't even accepted payment yet.
This isn't the 1st time this has happened to me with them. They're cheap, that's it.

They ripped me off and never gave me my item I ordered They have zero way of contacting them and their live chat doesn't even work

Shipping has improved

Placed an order, the site said delivery in 5 days, we are now on day 10, still waiting......hadn't ordered from here for a while because of their slow delivery, decided to give them another chance, and it looks like that was a bad decision....back to the other suppliers with 3 day delivery service. Pot Cargo's products and prices are great, just takes forever to receive it.

Customer service leaves a LOT to be desired.
Sent a message two days ago, still not read. All other messages do not get answered. If you order more than $250 they claim overnight shipping is free however, only a small portion of my order got shipped overnight, the rest about 75% of it, got shipped REGULAR Canada Post. Their claim is that the items are coming from two separate warehouses. That's not MY problem, logisitics is yours. If a customer goes out of their way to meet the $250 then you have the responsibility as you claim, to ship the WHOLE order overnight, not just the smaller portion. So now I have to wait a WEEK for my order. Their excuse is the warehouses. Again, NOT my problem. You advertise for something then live up to it. Quite the expensive learning lesson. Customers be aware.
