Money taken promptly but no despatch notice, no delivery, no response to my emails and no answer on the phone.

I made order from poundveg.Everythink was good . Nice service and good customer care . Specially Thai coconut was nice and very sweet. I'm going to buy again and again. Thank you poundveg for your great service .

Received my 3rd delivery, good fresh produce of high quality. Highly recommend.

Because of a labelling error (I had input the address correctly) the order went around the whole neighbourhood before finding its way to my house a week later smelly, damaged and decaying. My emails to complain were ignored. Go elsewhere is my advice.

Placed an order, never received it, then emailed them for a refund which was never received. Now the website is down.

Placed an order and paid. They then said the items were out of stock and issued a refund. Checked the website and same items were still in stock but now at an increased price!
