Thank you for sharing your experience of using your POWERbreathe Plus IMT device, John. We're delighted to hear that you've noticed a difference already - well done! I'm sorry you feel it to be over-priced, but we do try to cater for all budgets, starting at the lower end with the POWERbreathe Classic. This, however, was the first IMT to be developed, and your Plus device has a much more comfortable user experience, to help you achieve greater results.

It sounds as though your son has pretty strong breathing muscles, to begin with (from swimming) and that using his POWERbreathe has helped him to engage his diaphragm and use it more effectively, as he's improved in 3 days.

Regarding the user manual, I will certainly pass on your feedback to the team. We are in the process of uploading the user manuals to the website, so that users may view the instructions in a larger format, but in the meantime, I will email you regarding this.

The POWERbreathe user manuals provide the scientifically proven training protocol for improving breathing strength and stamina and reducing breathing fatigue (which has positive effects in many conditions). Since POWERbreathe IMT is now being used in research and by medical professionals for their patients, new protocols are being trialled and established all the time for a variety of medical conditions, with blood pressure being one of the latest.

Please accept our sincerest apologies. We take great care to ensure batteries in all K-Series devices leaving our UK office are fully charged. However, as you have received a device that is not charged and will not charge, there's a possibility that you may have received old stock from our distributor, which has rendered the battery dead.

We understand that you are in direct contact with the distributor who is liaising with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction and will be testing your device. Meanwhile, we are investigating this with the distributor to ensure this doesn't happen again.
