Just got the NX DHC and couldn’t be happier. All the features of more ‘popular’ brands at a better price. Trolley is high quality, sturdy, easy to set up and the accessories are outstanding. Couldn’t recommend this more if you’re in the market, glad I opted for PowerBug over paying a few hundred more for a moto/powacaddy.

When my PowerBug golf trolley began acting up, I reached out to PowerBug for assistance. They promptly assured me they'd examine it that very day. As soon as I arrived, they immediately began repairs on my trolley. The customer service I received was outstanding, and every aspect of the experience was flawless and hassle-free.

Ordered the wrong winter wheels for my Powerbug trolley. Needed the right ones to play a match in a few days. Got in touch with a lad at thier customer service called Chris who put me the right set of wheels on a 24 hour delivery and a qr code to send the other wheels back . All my fault but they were flippin brilliant.

so the NX Lithium golf trolly is a really really good option for people that just want a solid well built affordable, reliable golf trolly from a reputable dealer. Very easy to attach the front wheel and accessories once delivered and excellent in use. The 36 hole battery usage was also better than advertised. All in all I highly recommend the PowerBug golf trolly. The extraordinary part is the customer service that comes with it. I had the pleasure to deal with Jimmy from start to finish. I had a couple of issues, one was a complicated delivery window which they tailor-made a solution for me which would have been time consuming their end, all carried out politely and efficiently. The other was one of the trolleys was making a slightly different noise on use from my other purchased trolly. I sent an e-mail asking if it may need lubricating or adjusting etc only to receive an e-mail an hour later saying they had shipped a new one just in case it was a potential fault. All in all dealing with PowerBug has been a pleasure not only dealing with customer service but also using the products they sell. Highly recommend there products and their company. he comprado dos carros de golf, y al de un año uno se me ha estropeado, he enviado varios mails, para reclamar la garantía, y no he recibido respuesta alguna. Me quedo sin garantía. No puedo llamar por teléfono, pues no hablo ingles con fluidez y te mantienen en operadoras por tiempo. Estoy muy descontento y el costo son de 250 € por el eje de rotación roto.

Christian investigated the problem with my powerbug trolley and soon determined the fault. He quickly replaced the worn gearbox and the problem was solved.
The bonus was that the repair was done under warranty.

A true 10/10 service

I had issues with my PowerBug golf trolley so I contacted PowerBug and they said that they would take a look at it the same day.
Within minutes of arriving at the company my golf trolley was being fixed. Customer service was excellent nothing was too much trouble simply couldn’t fault anything about the experience.

Ordered item and it was delivered with 3 days and it’s absolutely perfect.

Prompt reply to enquiries and excellent delivery of new trolley purchased (within 2days). Would recommend to all golf colleagues.
