Powered now has made such a diference in my work and i can not recomend it enough. Everything all in one place. To top that off the support and training to maintain your ability and full use of the software is brilliant.

I run a small electrical business and have been using the app for a while now. Have just upgraded to include certification and other extra features.
Really easy to use and saves me lots of time as every thing is in one place.
Easy to contact there office and speak to someone, they are very helpful and friendly should you need help with anything.

I signed up to Powered Now a few years ago and unsubscribed shortly afterwards as it was not the right match for my business. Since then I have been getting emails with offers and newsletters that I have been trying to unsubsribe from. For a while it worked until 2nd July this year when another sales email landed again. I replied to it and forwarded to other published contact email requesting to provide all the details they hold associated with my email and requested these to be deleted from Powered Now databases. 2 weeks later they still have not replied and obviously decided to ignore this. As I see this, it is a breach of GDPR guidelines regarding individualš rights to be informed, right for data erasure and right to object for my data processing as Powered Now data systems clearly do not confirm with GDPR guidelines.

Had an issue with my account, payments and subscriptions. Got in touch and spoke to an agent called Barney. He went above and beyond and considering it was well past midnight he came through for me.
I'm now up and running again, thank you mate appecite your time.

Powered Now has transformed our business. It has saved us time and money, allowing us to quote, invoice and manage staff from one place. The customer service is excellent with prompt and efficient response from staff. Yesterday Woody resolved an issue I had with a customer quotation very quickly - Many thanks Woody!

Similar to other 1 stars on here, auto renew at £900.

With being with the company a good few years we were planning on moving away just due to us using an alternative provider our Accountiant’s also use.

On the day of renewal we got hit with the invoice, powered did email prior but this went into junk mail and did not get read.

We promptly emailed them asking to reduced our subscription to one user not 3 and to be put onto the standard renewal instead of the professional version we were paying for, upon a reply we got no grace what so ever to lower our subscription and was faced with “every time you log in it states you are agreeing with our terms” this is a tiny small print on the log in page.

Overall we find this very poor as we have been a long term customer and wanted a lower subscription than the one we got invoiced for.
