I have worked with other therapist in the past where I quickly noticed that being vulnerable with them was not a good idea.
This time around I am grateful to have found this Hypnotherapistc/life coach-Cassie, she is very professional, compassionate and kind. I felt heard and supported all through my 12 sessions and I planned to work with her again as part of my self care Journey
After trying hypnotherapy for the first time, I was amazed of how positive I felt after and the fear and anixety I had over driving has lessened.The technique used by Cassie coupled with her friendly and polite manner made me feel at ease and relax.
The way Cassie talked me through the process and checked in with me to see how I felt, made me feel really safe and secure. The Swish technique that she has taught me, made a big difference in helping me eliminate and change negative thinking when it came to my fear of driving.
I would recommend trying hypnotherapy to anybody especially if you have a kind and caring practitioner like Cassie

Powerful Hypnotherapy plays a important part in my menopause journey. Through the professional use of NLP and Hypnosis, I found the support I needed to manage symptoms and approach this phase positively. After the first session, Cassie was able to help me speak out my limited beliefs about myself and reminded me of who I really am and that I can handle more complicated situations. This helped me to regain my power. During our sessions, I was able to rediscover myself and it caused the barriers in my head to dissolve, allowing me to find a job. I received two job offers within one week!
I am so grateful - it was a game changer for me!
