Diese Firma ist eine Katasrophe, kein Support kein Service. Ware wird nicht versendet und man wartet vergebens auf seine Rückzahlung für bereits gezahlte Rechnung.

SCAMMERS !!! Absolute disgraceful company they should be investigated by the Trade and standards.
I purchased a PS72 unit from them December last year it turned up faulty (the 12v system would not charge) they dragged it out 3 months before sending me a returns label.
When I eventually received it they said it would be a 10 day turn round for repair and send back they spent 3 weeks telling me that my address didn’t exist so they couldn’t send it back (even tho it was the same address from the original purchase.
When they eventually sent it back the unit came back with the same original fault from day one.
So I am now 3 weeks later trying to get them to send another return label 12 emails later they just keep say sorry for the inconvenience we are having issues and will send one a soon has they have resolved the issue.
So here I am 7 months later still waiting to send it back for yet again another attempt of having it repaired so it can be of fit purpose in which I purchased for in the first place over 7 months ago.

Habe bereits zweimal bei dieser Firma etwas bestellt, bei der ersten Lieferung für knapp 300 € habe ich lediglich einen Umschlag mit deinem Lieferschein erhalten und brauchte zwei Wochen bis das Geld wieder zurückkam, mit der Firma an sich gab es keinerlei kontaktmöglichkeiten oder irgendwelche rückmeldungen, das ganze ging rein über ebay, beim zweiten Versuch, mir war leider nicht bewusst dass es dieselbe Firma war, habe ich für 120 € eine Power Station bestellt, und diese dann storniert, es gibt einfach keine rückmeldung von der Firma, also quasi ist der Service hier nicht existent, muss jeder selber wissen ob er bei sowas bestellen will oder nicht

Nach der Bestellung, die mit "kostenlosem" Versand im System erfasst wurde, wurde mir eine Woche später mitgeteilt, dass ich nun noch 80 EUR Versandkosten in die Schweiz zahlen soll. Ich hatte den Betrag direkt nach der Bestellung überwiesen. Zwar bekomme ich den Betrag nun erstattet, auf den Umrechnungsgebühren bleibe ich vermutlich sitzen. Extrem unprofessionell meiner Meinung nach und werde mich von diesem Shop fernhalten in der Zukunft.

Aanbetaling zonder problemen retour
Bestelde product was niet leverbaar. Had gekozen voor betaling via ideal in 3x.
Door vakantie liep communicatie via email niet flitsend maar uiteindelijk voor mij prima.
Kortom, helaas geen powerstation maar wel correcte afhandeling van de bestelling.

The price of item, Bluetti B300S was much less than elsewhere. I phoned them to confirm stock was available, they were able to answer all my questions. The staff spoke very good English. Once the order was placed I received carrier and tracking information. The item was to be sent to me in Southern Italy and arrived after 3 days. The service was hassle free and i was able to track the package all the way.

Ondanks de matige reviews toch een kans gegeven. Tot onze verbazing ging alles vlekkeloos: vragen op de mail snel beantwoord, waarna we gelijk hebben besteld, en de volgende dag was het bezorgd. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Geen service!
Ik heb bij Power Oak in mei 2021 een Power Oak PS6 gekocht (refurbished). 1 vakantie seizoen naar tevredenheid gebruikt.
Afgelopen vakantieseizoen: de Power Oak laad niet meer op. Dit heb ik de leverancier in Augustus 2022 per email gemeld.
Deze leverancier weigert de power oak te repareren of überhaupt iets met de klacht te doen/te reageren. De enige ontvangen reactie per email: "refurbished, geen garantie".
Mijn verzekering heeft mijn claim over genomen en mij financieel gecompenseerd.

Ik ben nu op zoek naar iemand die (uiteraard tegen vergoeding) de power oak kan repareren.

Het euvel: Het laden van de Power Station werkt helaas niet meer; Niet middels de bijgeleverde adaptor, ook niet middels bijbehorende zonnepanelen.
Als je gaat laden wordt het display erg donker ( bijna zwart );
in het begin laad de Power Station met een paar watt (17 - 21 watt), hierna al snel met 1 watt en uiteindelijk 0 watt.

If nothing goes wrong you might be OK.
Had to ship a faulty unit back to their Netherlands office. No help was provided and believe me it is not easy or cheap to return a heavy item that contains Li-on batteries from the UK to EU.
It still took them 3 weeks to even look at it and then they just said 'water damage'. I wouldn't have wasted my time and money to return a unit that was water damaged. A convenient slur to save them the cost of repairing a faulty unit.

Truly awful experience. Purchased a Battery Unit and Solar Panels. The unit went on fire in my van whilst charging an iPhone. Contacted customer services who said that it was 'impossible' and that I must be mistaken because their units never do that. Was asked to return the burnt unit (after much arguing that it had indeed been on fire). Did so. It took 6 MONTHS to hear anything back about my £600 unit and multiple ignored emails. Got in contact with customer service via webchat who were exceptionally rude. Then they agreed there was a fault (although decided it was my fault through incorrect usage of the unit - not sure how I used it incorrectly plugging in an iphone with an official Apple cable) and promised to send a new unit. 6 months later, a package appears at my door - my old, burnt unit that now is absolutely scratched and dented to death and displaying an error code that it did not display before. Customer service no longer replying.

Fake shop!
When you order something, they said everything is in the shop,you will receive in 5 days.
In reality, after several days nothing is send. And then they say you will receive it in 10 days, maybe!
I am really unhappy with such internet shop!
Don't do any transactions with them!

Ich habe im November 2021 einen Solargenerator AC300 mit acht Mal 330W mobile Solarmodule bestellt, da mir versichert wurde, dass ich acht Module zur Ladung der Batterie B300 verwenden kann. Die erste Frustration bestand darin, dass nicht, wie vereinbart mit die Kabel zum Anstecken der Module vollständig geliefert wurden, sondern nur ein Kabelsatz. Dadurch war es mir möglich bis zu 4 Module anzustecken. Die anderen 4 konnte ich nicht anstecken.
Dann habe ich versucht 4 Module in Serie geschaltet, so wie im Handbuch ersichtlich, am AC300 anzustecken. Auch das hat nicht funktioniert. Im Kontakt mit dem Support stellte sich heraus, dass die Leerlaufspannung der Module 45 Volt beträgt und 4 Module in Serie demnach 180 Volt im Leerlauf produzieren. Jedoch kann der AC300 maximal eine Eingangsspannung von 150 Volt verarbeiten. D.h. es ist nicht möglich 4 Module in Serie zu schalten. Ich habe also 2 Module trotz der Beratung durch den Händler umsonst gekauft!
Als Lösung wurde mir angeboten, dass ich einen Spannungsdropdown bekommen würde. Ich habe oftmals wieder bei Poweroak in Holland angerufen. Jedoch habe ich bis jetzt vom Händler nichts mehr gehört.
Beim Anstecken der Solarmodule hatte ich ebenfalls Probleme rekalmiert, da der Anschluss bei den Solarmodulen derart kurz gehalten ist, dass es nicht möglich ist drei Module im Freien sinnvoll aufzustellen. Es wird oftmals durch Abschattung durch das Solarmodul davor die Ladeleistung massiv reduziert. D.h. die Solarmodule können nur, aufgrund der kurzen Anschlussleitungen, sehr eng aufgestellt werden.
Zu diesem Problem habe ich mit dem Support besprochen, dass mir 1m Verbindungskabel geliefert werden, damit ich mehr Abstand zwischen den Modulen halten kann. Die nächste Frechheit war dann, dass die Kabel 1536 Euro kosten würden und die Lieferung extra 120 Euro. Über den Preis habe ich dann nochmal verhandelt. Auch bezüglich der Lieferung der Kabel hat sich niemand mehr bei mir gemeldet.

Zusammenfassend kann ich sagen, ich habe ein Produkt geliefert bekommen, dass nicht funktioniert und noch dazu unvollständig ausgeliefert wurde.
Der Support klingt bemüht, wenn man Poweroak in Holland kontaktiert, jedoch kümmert sich von sich aus sehr wenig zu den Dingen die besprochen werden.
Ich habe den Eindruck es geht nur um den Verkauf von Produkten, ob diese dann funktionieren oder vollständig sind ist egal. Ich warte immer noch!
Ich bin SEHR frustriert und kann Poweroak nicht empfehlen!

Slechtste service ooit
Ik had mij een adapter besteld voor mijn powerbank.
Nu kreeg ik op dag van bezorging door ups een email dat het was aangekomen om 15.10u
Nu stond ik net te werken van 14.00 tot 22u dus ik bekijk savonds de brievenbus geen post
Natuurlijk volgende dag de buren afgegaan voor te kijken daar mss geleverd geen resultaat.
Nu stuur ik dat ik niets ontvangen heb krijg ik terug als antwoord EN LEES DIT AUB GOED.
Heel brutaal werd mij verteld:
dat ups geen fouten maakt en zij dit een vreemde situatie vinden op een toon van ongeloof. Dus ze geloven mij niet? Of noemen ze mij nu een leugenaar?het gaat hier over 25€ voor zo een bedrijf.
Menen ze dit?
Dus zij willen een nieuwe opsturen maar ik moet de verzending betalen terwijl ik dit al betaald heb?
Nee ik wil mijn adapter die ik al betaald heb zonder bij te betalen
Sinds dien niks meer van gehoord
Dus geen adapter en 25€ armer

Dit is gwn diefstal!

Het display werkt na een kwartiertje niet meer en je kunt het niet meer aflezen. Na vele mails krijg je een antwoord dat dit bij dit apparaat hoort, dus geen garantie. Het product is dus ondeugdelijk. Daarbij kon onze koelkast makkelijk op de gelijkstroom, maar nu heeft hij geen genoeg power meer. De poweroak is amper gebruikt.
Resumerend:
- Geen service
- Na meerdere mails krijg je pas een antwoord
- Geen garantie
- Ondeugdelijk product die niet werkt zoals beloofd

Weggegooid geld, je kunt er alleen maar je telefoon of laptopje mee opladen, want verder is hij waardeloos en dat voor zoveel geld.

Ondertussen zelf met de fabrikant in China contact gezocht en ik ben zeeeeeeer goed geholpen. Er is me een nieuw display opgestuurd en die kun je makkelijk vervangen. Het werkt weer zoals het hoort.
Helaas is de output van de 12 volt net geen 12 volt dus voor apparatuur die het echt nodig heeft, werkt het niet maar ondertussen zijn er betere accu’s te verkrijgen.
Deze zijn van Bluetti en veel goedkoper dan deze dozenschuiver zonder service

I ordered a solar panel and 2 different power generators. I never had any charges from post office like the other review says. It was speedy deliver, even though it was from overseas.
I did get sent the wrong 12v power cable and didn't realise until about 2 or 3 months later. When I spoke to them online, they were brilliant and sent me out the right cable straight away and free of charge. Came within a few days. Thumbs up power oak! Great customer service :)

I purchased a PowerOak PS6S 500Wh solar AC/DC generator from this company, after 20 mins online chat with them, I made my purchase £350

A week or so later, I received a letter from Royal Mail requesting £98 for it to be released from customs for import tax etc.

I contacted Power Oak, and asked why this was not mentioned either on their website or via live chat (which I might add was a UK Url site) so I believed I was purchasing the product which was already in the UK.

They refused to reimburse me this cost and I found the person (Ibrahim) i was dealing with via emails was rather rude towards me and not helpful at all.

When the product arrived, it was set up for European countries 2 pin and not for the UK 3 pin. Again I contacted them via live chat, and was told that they did not cater for UK 3 pin any longer. Again I asked them, why was this not mentioned on the previous online chat, at the time of purchasing, no response and they ignored all my messages.

I left this a few days and contacted them a gain via live chat, I spoke to a customer support, when I explained the 2 pin issue, I was reassured I would receive FREE of charge a conversion kit from European to UK plugs. (I took screen shoots of our conversion).

I was told it would be approximately 2 weeks due to Chinese New Year and they had to order the kit from china.

I did email them the correspondence I had with customer support and have not received a response back from them.

They are ignoring my emails, I get the impression they are ignoring me and do not want to assist me in rectifying this issue.

I appreciate, due to the current situation we are in and most probably running on a skeleton staff, but I do think it is rather appalling that they do not have the courteous to reply to my email, now they have my money, they are not interested.

If you are thinking of purchasing from this company, make sure you ask the right questions and you are actually getting what you are paying for.
