It's been two days since I placed an order and they still haven't sent me my tracking number, they haven't replied to my email, they haven't sent me any other type of email, and when I log into my account, there is no order listed. I will never buy anything from them again!

Inability to reach anybody by phone is very frustrating.
I have placed three orders and I’m not completely sure if the first order was fulfilled, as opposed to coming up with the middle ground or sending me one refill based on an order of several more they have refused to fulfill in order that I think may have been mis-shipped.
I’d like to say that I’m not sure fully.
Regardless, I think they can do a better job in communication and pricing

I received exactly what I ordered so that wasn’t the issue but for a second I thought it was a scam but their customer service pro actively contacted me to let me know they had some technical issues and the domain has been redirected powerpeptides.us Anyways just wanted to give them a 5 star rating for handling the whole situation really professionally!

I ordered bacteriostatic water 30 ML. It says that it is distributed by Hospira Inc. however, it is in a plastic bottle and I know for a fact that Hospira does not distribute bacteriostatic water in plastic bottles. This is counterfeit. Beware of all items coming from this company. If they are willing to scam you through bacteriostatic water, they will do it with their peptides as well.

They communicated order received through email. Opted for free shipping, ordered on Friday and got notice of shipping on Tues. Received a day earlier than tracking said it would be delivered. Ordered 5 vials they came in a case that is made to hold vials very professional and makes storage a breeze. Their website had an issue after my order but received email directing me to new one. Ordering and Delivery/shipping went great. Like most peptides you do have to reconstitute them

You have to reconstitute the powder! Mixes well with the right solution. Felt good in the gym today! Shipping is poor but so far so good. I even got a support email saying they are updating the website. Hopefully done before my next order! 2nd provider I've had with poor shipping.

I place an order on 07/07/2025 with overnight shipping and didn’t receive a tracking number at all. Meanwhile, I placed another order with a different company on 07/08/2025 using the same overnight shipping, and it was delivered on 07/09/2025.

What’s the point of charging for overnight shipping if you can’t even provide tracking in time?

I couldn't tell you how their peptides are. I never received them. I was lied to by support. I wouldn't use them if I ever received them because I have zero trust in this company.

I'm still waiting for it to be shipped I ordered it 2 days ago says 2 to 3 day delivery haven't got a email from them hope I here from someone about its being shipped!!!

The peptides are solid but their packaging is poorly thought implemented. My peptides came leaking which is a problem when you pay that much. Will not purchase from here again until that is addressed and would not recommend anyone buys from them either. I was gonna give them one star but at least they acknowledge the problem so good job. I like the effort.

I'm really disappointed with their shipping. For how delicate peptides are the way they were shipped was ridiculous. The bottles were stuffed in a paper envelope. Yes, each bottle was placed in a thin foam sleve, but the packaging was not what it should have been for how sensitive peptides are and how much I paid. I would not recommend this seller.
