We understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter an unexpected electrical issue and to feel that your concerns weren’t properly heard during your initial call. We’re sorry that you feel that way. As you asked for a dual fuel cooker in a certain size and knew the make that you were originally looking for then there would be no need for us to provide a measure up service. Unfortunately the product that you were seeking was not quite the product that you asked for in store and our team would not know this.

On a positive note, we're glad to hear that Sherman was able to assist and that you're happy with the look of your new cooker. Thank you also for acknowledging the refund for the electrical installation—our aim is always to resolve issues fairly when they arise.
