Website was easy to navigate and the checkout was secure and easy. The product arrived fast and on time.

Ordered a product for my snowmobile that their website said would fit my exact model and the product description was universal. I opened the packaging when it was delivered (which was stapeled shut btw) and it did not fit. I called to get a return label and I was told by the customer service representative Monette, she was very nice, that universal means "it was not made for any specific make or model." I tried to explain to her that universal typically means it fits all makes and models but gave up. I was then told there would be a restocking fee. I just wanted to get the credit I could at that point so I carefully repackaged everything and shipped it back in the original box and packaging. I was notified today that the product was deemed to be damaged by the manufacturer and I will not be getting a return credit. No further explanation or even an offer to ship the product back to me?

Fast!! And correct parts

This site has an easy parts lookup and the availability of parts for an old Yamaha Breeze were surprisingly available. Shipment was faster than expected. I'll be coming back to this site for future items.

Can Am fuel pump. Shipping was unbelievably fast. replacement pump seemed better quality than the Can-Am branded ones, as our atvs go through them fast. Was cheaper than the dealers parts. Has worked flawlessly so far. This will be our go to place from now on.

It was very difficult to find what I was looking for. I called the customer service team and they had difficulty as well. In the end, we decided they did not have the item I was looking for. I then did one search and found what I was looking for. Very frustrating.

I always enjoy my experience when I purchase oil and other snowmobile related products. The staff is always positive, helpful and friendly even when they seem overloaded and stressed.

Not an actual store, drop ship call center overseas

Order was suppose to ship October 4th arrive October 7th. We're on October 11th and still no part and hasn't shipped out. I've called and they can't give me an answer just waiting on email response from the wear house.

Found the part I needed quickly and it was shipped in a timely manner. Will definitely be ordering future parts from them.

these guys are scammers. send me the wrong pistons. i ordered pistons for a kawasaki teryx 750 and received pistons for a 2000 arctic cat zr 500 snowmobile. because it had been over 30 days they wouldnt do anything. stay far away.

Absolutely worst customer service ever. Chat room is a waste of time because they know nothing about any department. I even had the manufacture of the product contact them and they still cant figure it out. Don’t waste your time with this place unless you like throwing your money away.
