Ordered twice from this brand and experienced severe shipping delays both times. Only considered ordering the second time because of a sappy, self-pitiful write-up on their website claiming they had “fixed fulfillment” after my first order was delayed over a month with no responses from customer service.

I’m still waiting on my second order but it’s shaping up to be delayed just as long as the first, even though it’s been nearly a year and they have supposedly “fixed fulfillment.” They replied to an email this time but they just said a whole lot of nothing—that there was “unexpected shipping delays” and that my order would “ship soon.”

The people running this brand think that you and I are stupid. They think they can delete critical comments and make many hollow promises to get more orders, which clearly matters to them more than the quality of their service and fulfillment, and most shockingly the trust of returning customers.

Powerwing does not deserve your time or money. They do not deserve to be in business. It’s run by pretentious, lazy people who are likely more obsessed with the idea of having a successful gymwear brand rather than the work actually needed to build one.

i ordered a hoodie sweat pants and a compression shirt in DECEMBER like the 7th and than I gave grace becuase it is December but they promised my order would be shipped out before christmas. Well it’s not february and i just got my order and what makes it even better is i only got half of my order and than on top of that there is this stuff all over the inside of my pants and still have not compression shirt!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. NEVER received my order even though it said it was on its way. Communication from the support team is terrible and they don’t care what you have to say. I had to dispute the charge with my bank because they refused to give me a refund after over a month of NOT receiving my item.

They are not responsive and have no intention of sending out your items unless you file a dispute with your bank. Do so early so you can either get your item or get a refund while still possible.

Ordered a Ghoulie Hoodie for my grandson for Christmas. They charged me $80 and have ghosted me ever since. Not a word from them!!! I sent multiple emails to their support email address. I received one email telling me the item will ship soon. I ordered this December 11th 2025. Have received nothing. I have never heard from them again despite constant requests for an update or refund. The worst company imaginable. They basically stole $80 from me. This to me is pretty criminal. I don't know how this company is still in business.

My son ordered on 12/18 no merch just excuses. Awful company to deal with. Will not refund, only store credit? Why would we want store credit when we didn't receive the first order? Stay away from this company

Scam website. They don’t send your stuff. They don’t respond to emails. The tracking numbers are fake. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail and you can’t leave a message because the voicemail box is full.

Placed order 3 weeks ago for my sons Christmas. Haven’t even received an order confirmation yet. They sure took my money fast. They don’t respond to emails. Horrible business

Great clothing quality. Sturdy material feels like it’ll hold up after a lot of washes! Screen printing on the clothing is done well and looks like it’ll last a long time over pretty stoked with the purchase.
