Collected a rifle from them via rfd from another dealer and even though the rifle wasent brought from them the lads there were so polite and helpful,I have brought many items from this shop and have always been delighted with the items and the service I have received from them,well worth a visit 👍

Disappointing customer service.
I have in fact purchased 5 different air guns from Pownell’s, in Great Yarmouth.
Recently they had an offer of an Air pistol, Duck Target Pellet Trap, Pistol Case and tin of 1000 Pellets. Which was advertised as having 3 left in stock.
But when I attended the shop, the staff member that served me assured me he had sold the last offer package the previous week. I subsequently purchased the alternative pistol, duck target and 1000 pellets.

However, on my return home I looked online. I saw that Pownell’s were still advertising the pistol package offer.
My wife then placed an offer and paid for said offer, which had the very Air Pistol I had originally wanted. But was charged the £19.99 delivery charge.

Despite having made several purchases from this establishment, I feel that not only that I have been lied to. But have been lured in and taken advantage of, as a customer.

I have contacted Pownell’s, by email on 2 occasions, for some sort of recompense. Without success. Very Disappointing !!

Bought an air rifle and a few other things to be delivered, very courteous phone call to arrange day, driver was very nice chap and was exactly on time slot, love the shop, always pop in when I’m in the area for fishing gear.
