Ordering the product was easy and I paid a good price. Unfortunately my item wasn’t delivered when it was meant to be so I had to phone the company. They realised my item was misplaced and they would send another which was a week later than it should have been. Having said that the person I spoke with was very apologetic, looked into it then phoned back within a few minutes and sorted the problem quickly

Thank you for your recent order and review. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused due to the delay with your order that you placed with us being delivered to you. As discussed over the phone, your parcel was delayed due to our courier unfortunately misrouting your parcel. On rare occasions where this scenario occurs, the courier usually automatically redeliver the parcel once it has been sent back to the correct depot, however, for some reason which we are still investigating further, our courier did not follow this procedure, hence the first we heard of this issue was a week later after you had contacted us, at which point we despatched a new product/parcel to you which was delivered the next working day.
Due to the issues and delay you have experienced, we can offer you a free of charge delivery cost, for your next order placed with us.
I hope this goes someway in compensating you for your time.

Fantastic service 10 out of 10..!
I purchased a hi-vis work jacket a couple of weeks ago, unfortunately a hole appeared in one of the pockets I contacted the company next day they asked for a few photos then the following day I received a replacement…….what service..!!! Outstanding

Returned jackets
Ordered two jackets which turned out to be too big in size. Contacted them and they were so helpful. I'm returning them and they are sending two smaller sizes out. Great customer service, thank you for all your help.
