I honestly can’t speak highly enough of PP Motor Group. The process was seamless, efficient, and genuinely pleasant from the moment they collected my car following my insurance claim.

They kept me updated weekly without me ever having to chase, which made such a difference and really put my mind at ease. The service was not only quick but felt incredibly personal, I never felt like "just another job" to them. Everyone I spoke to was accommodating, friendly, and clearly cared about getting things done right.

This has been, by far, the best experience I’ve ever had with a garage, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PP Motor Group to anyone. They’ve turned what could’ve been a stressful experience into a really positive one.

PP motors in Lincoln have been superb from start to finish. Our Motorhome was severely damaged by a third party back in September 2021 and initially it was taken to the place we bought it from which had a large repair shop.
After several weeks without any news or progress we asked our insurers to intervene. They reccommended that it was transferred to PP Motors who took it to their repair shop. What a difference! They phoned with regular updates, warned if there were any delays with parts, always kept us in the picture and, when finished, returned it to our house at no extra charge and in a pristine condition. Customer Service that you seldom get nowadays! Superb in every way.

I would just like to say thankyou for the great service I received, to have your new car damaged when you have only had it week, is very annoying. But you put it right with no fuss, and have done a cracking job. I will be singing your praises whenever the need arises.

Sometimes you come across a company that delivers, PP Motors in Lincoln is one of those.
I recently entrusted the refurbishment, both mechanically and bodily of a rare Jaguar XK75 to them.
From quotation to completion they were professional, very competent and pleasant to deal with.
The company ethos permeates from John Creasey, the owner, through all members of staff, who were amiable and spent time explaining the work carried out on a weekly basis ,when I was invited to inspect progress.
The quality of work was some of the best I’ve experienced, having restored and owned a number of Classic Cars of concourse standard.
