Good prices, but services fall short of expectations. Despite stating that servers internet speed is 10 Gbps, this is misleading. I have over 15 servers with them, yet most provide speeds below 1 Gbps.

It's a complete scammer
It's a complete scammer, their system dont send any sms and they name this "phone verification" and later on they force you upload your id and face recognition! I made my payment via crypto and told them to refund my payment as i will not send my id or face recognition and they refused to refund! Totally scmmers keep away!

This company operates like a scam. They advertise as a hosting provider offering servers with internet connectivity, but when that connectivity fails, you're left with no recourse for a refund. Their refund policy only covers the server itself—not its actual connection to the internet.

For the past two weeks, they've been under constant DDoS attacks, resulting in significant disruptions. Numerous protocols are blocked on their uplink, with no clear communication on when or if the issue will be resolved. Meanwhile, they continue to refuse refunds for undelivered services.

If you're looking for reliable hosting with dependable connectivity, look elsewhere!

For 5 euros a month you get a VPS with only 300 mbps instead of the claimed up to 10 Gbps. Even one additional IPV6 will cost you another 1 euro. There are no refunds, even if you don't use the service. For the same money, competitors offer real 5+ Gbps

I purchased a vps server for TeamSpeak server to set up a server, their servers are really fast, high quality and protected. We can easily solve everything with support requests. They are also excellent at technical support.

I used to like this hosting company because it was cheap and simple, but after 3 months I'm so disappointed that I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
First of all, their support team is terrible. They're unprofessional and don't seem to understand what you're asking them. It's like we're speaking different languages or something.
Second, their UX/UI design is one of the worst I've ever seen. It took me 10 minutes to find the reinstall button, and even after I reinstalled the OS, I had a bunch of problems.
Third, the main server that their website is on is slow and unstable. There was one time I couldn't even open their website because it was down. That's just ridiculous.
Fourth, their servers used to be good for the price, but lately they've been having a lot of problems. They just suddenly stop working properly for no reason.
And last but not least, they don't have a refund policy. So if you buy a server from them and you're not happy with it, you're just out of luck.
Honestly, I would not recommend this company to anyone. I've been working with them for half a year now, and I've had nothing but problems. Save yourself the headache and go with a different hosting provider.

1. I've registered and payed for a vps hosting website and immidiately after the transfer the web site stopped to open.
2. They don't support German mobile numbers.

Vor ca. 6 Monaten hatte ich noch problemlos meinen gemieteten Server nach dem bezahlen erhalten. Dies war leider dieses mal nicht der Fall. Erst 23,00€ aufgeladen, dann den Server gekauft - jedoch bleibt der Server seitdem auf "Pending". Auch interessant ist, dass ich diesmal keinerlei E-Mails erhalten habe beim bezahlen. Keine Auftragsbestätigung, kein Beleg, rein gar nichts (und ja es ist die selbe email und der selbe Account wie damals). Ich werde mich an PayPal wenden und wenn PQ.Hosting Probleme macht gibts meinetwegen gern einen Gerichtsprozess. Ich vermute, dass hier mit Absicht betrogen werden könnte, da es vorher ja alles ging und seit kurzem viele andere auch das Problem haben. Ich kann von einem "Kauf" (Spende trifft es besser) nur abraten!

100 % SCAM
Ich wollte einen Server mieten 8,27€. Habe es gezahlt, dann hieß es, es war zu wenig geld auf dem Konto. Dann nochmal 3 Euro nachgezahlt und anstatt dass man mir den Server Türkei eingerichtet hat, hat man mir jetzt den Server Frankreich eingerichtet.

Habe ein Ticket erstellt, jedoch keine Antwort und keine Reaktion.

Zum Glück habe ich mit Paypal bezahlt, daher habe ich Paypal gebeten diesen Scam aufzulösen und mir mein Geld zurück zu senden.

Niemals diesem Anbieter trauen. 100 % SCAM

I have had a very disappointing time with this company. Their communication was highly unprofessional. One of their agents informed me that I could change the server location while another one said it was impossible.
On top of that, I was told that even though I paid for a 10 Gbps server speed, there was no way that my money could be refunded since my actual connection speed read 200 Mbps on tests carried out at their end! When I brought up this matter, one of the employees just said that the speed was fine. The fact that there is such a large difference between what should be happening and then an uncaring attitude from those in charge about it shows how disorganized & unprofessional they really are at this company. In general, being a client has not made any sense at all!.

Понятный интерфейс.

Брал хостинг под ноды,это был мой первый опыт в покупке хоста.Поддержка отвечает быстро,сервер пока ниразу не отвалился.Считаю Pq Хост одним из лучших хостов для средне бюджета

The say the speed is 10Gbs but it's around 300 MB
Please do NOT buy from this company.

Best you can do is to create a dispute with your bank so you can get your money back, as they refuse to refund.

Bought a VPS Server located in Brazil, but the server isn't really in Brazil, I located it in UK. Asked for a refund and they never replied and refund me, this was 2 weeks ago and no answer from them, just closed the request as solved.

Tech support is a joke. Servers networking is bad.
VPS has a +20ms avg ping just on hop1.

Tech support was unable to help at all.

I like the service. Own VPS there. Prices are nice. Can pay with crypto. Support is good too.

I recently bought a new server from PQ Hosting.
The verification process took around half an hour, and then they approved my VPS order and installed it very quickly.
Everything is working great according to the VPS details.

Ordered a server in Serbia, network is not visible for 2nd biggest provider in Serbia (SBB) and its subsidiaries in Bosnia, Croatia, Montenegro and Slovenia

Sent them traceroutes in the support ticket, proving difference between their probe and server I received, after which they demand more money for additional IP which can be from the same affected range or the “healthy one”, which is a gamble

Support service below any acceptable level, probably answers are wrritten by same person under different names
