Great legal software, easy to use, efficient, and a big help for staying organized. it simplifies daily tasks and makes managing cases much easier.

I have been using practice panther for years, but lately there have been horrible glitches such that I cannot send SMS messages to my clients, which severely hinders my customer service.

I rarely write reviews, but PracticePanther has earned it. After trying several legal practice management platforms, this is the first one that actually made my day-to-day work easier rather than more complicated.

The interface is intuitive, clean, and extremely well organized. Setting up matters, tracking time, managing documents, and sending invoices all feel seamless. What impressed me most is how much time it saves. Tasks that used to take hours now take minutes, and our entire workflow feels more streamlined.

Customer support deserves a special mention. Every interaction I’ve had has been fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They don’t just point you to a help article. They walk you through solutions, offer tips, and make sure you actually understand how to get the most out of the software.

Overall, PracticePanther has exceeded my expectations across the board. Reliable, easy to use, powerful features, and outstanding support. Highly recommended for any legal team looking to modernize and simplify their practice.

Practice Panther has been great for my firm. It’s intuitive, easy to use, and has scaled seamlessly as we’ve grown. I’ve tried Clio and Filevine before but Practice Panther has been the best fit by far.

From the moment we started using PracticePanther, its intuitive and user-friendly interface stood out. The learning curve was remarkably short, allowing our team to quickly adapt and leverage its extensive features without significant downtime. This ease of use is critical for any software adoption in a fast-paced legal environment.

I work for a law firm that uses PracticePanther. I have to say, as a software engineer, that aside from some SOAP interfaces I've had to deal with, PracticePanther has the worst public-facing API I have ever seen. It has not been updated in 10 years and it is completely unrepresentative of the data that you can get from clicking around the app. This is an issue for me because PracticePanther's reporting dashboards are horrendous. For an app that is geared toward running a business, there is very little in they way of actually reporting how your employees are (or are not) bringing in revenue. For this reason, I've built an entire ETL layer over what little, poorly formatted, data I can gather from the API and stitched it into nice dashboards complete with alerting via various channels and my own endpoints for querying. This is actually useful for the business' stakeholders. It's gotten to a point where I am at this very moment writing a selenium scraper to go get things from the website. Every request I make to push updates to the API are ignored. Aside from the API, the application has also changed very little over the past decade. Someone with a better product is going to eat PracticePanther's lunch and I hope it's some day soon.
