I had an excellent experience with Praesidus. They provided exceptional service, even when I made a mistake upon checkout. (I selected the wrong color variant of the watch that I ordered.) I reached out to Customer support and they changed my order immediately. The watch arrived within the expected delivery timeline, and I walked away a very happy customer. We need more companies that pay attention like this and make the moment right for the customer. Even when the customer is wrong, or made a mistake in my case. I would highly recommend Praesidus to anyone who wants a watch with story, great aesthetics, and great performance. I've received many compliments on the watch already, which inevitably leads to a conversation about why the watches are so much more than just a timepiece.

I have two watches from Praesidus (udt and rec spec) both are fantastic for the money. They are great homages to classic military watches and I enjoy everytime I put the on.

Loved it. Quality on par if not exceeding watches two or three times their cost. Nothing but praise.

EDITED - Following our posting this review, we immediately heard from Praesidus (on March 26). The repair was initiated and completed within the week. We just received it back (on April 11) in great working order.

Ordered and received (after a time) a great looking watch. After a few wears, the winding knob fell off and we weren't able to repair it - no doubt some small part was lost in the falling off process. Contacted customer service and we sent it in. After a review we were told an estimated 7 to 11 weeks. We received that email on October 30 of 2025. It is now March 26, 2026. We haven't been pushy with the customer service team - we just check in a couple times a month to check on the status and get the same reply each time "Thank you for checking in. The repair of your watch is still in progress. I am following up with our internal team and will provide you with an update as soon as I receive any feedback from them. We appreciate your patience and understanding." Very frustrating and disappointing.

Honestly the watch quality, the lengths they went through to actually make me feel like I'm wearing a military-grade watch, and the team's ability to answer any technical or historical question behind each watch is unmatched with other brands.
I can clearly feel the passion that went behind the crafting and it's refreshing to see that some brands still care!
Will definitely buy another one as a gift for a friend (or maybe keep it for myself!).

The A-11 Type 44 is exactly what you expect from a proper military watch clear, functional, no unnecessary details

Fast response, no bs, willing to go above and beyond for a single international customer. Rachel in the customer service really followed through and I will be recommending Praesidus when asked about watches in the future. Very satisfied with my A-11 type 1944 Watch.

I encounter a QC issue with my first purchase... The issue has been professionally looked into, transparently and efficiently. The situation has been well resolved to my satisfaction. So much so that I put down an order for another Praesidus watch.

Good people there.

I unboxed my second purchase on 14 March. It was not as advertised on Praesidus website. I duly pointed out. Up to this moment, the good people there just went silent on me.

In short, I had an amazing experience all the way around.

Customer service was excellent. I probably exchanged 15 emails with Rachel in their customer service department and am very satisfied with how it went.

The watch is absolutely amazing. I got the Utah Beach A-11 in Higgens Blue and it is exactly how it is advertised. The combo of the flat blue gray water and beach sand in the chrome case is perfectly balanced. The seconds hand sweep is smooth and well within the limits that are advertised. For personal reasons, and what Utah beach means to my family, I think this watch has changed the game for me. But even without that personal connection I put it on part with some of my other more well-known watch brands.

The only critique that I have about Praesidus is that I wish they had more 43mm options because I am already looking at my next purchase from them.

It stopped working after a couple of wears. Nice looking watch. I wore it twice days and it stopped.

We ordered the Normandy watch with sand from Utah beach in it for our friend retiring from the US Army. He absolutely loved it. This watch is so amazing. It isn’t just a watch, it’s a story, a legacy, a piece of our US history. Well made. Quality time piece. Thank you. I can’t wait to see your new watch designs.

Great experience! Very nice watches (I bought two) with a strong "historical" background and excellent company service with regular updates on watch production and delivery schedule.

After a previous acquisition, I ordered a Classified Crate for Black Friday. First I was pleasantly surprised by the watches received, both being nice AND costing far more than the price paid.
Unfortunately one of them was non functioning upon arrival, but return and replacement were quickly managed with Rachel.
Overall a great customer service, and the watches are great too.

Trash watches. Total scam marketed on patriotism

Very poor experience with them. They told me they had a watch in stock, then said they actually didn’t and that they were waiting for parts. I only learned of this when I asked when they were shipping over a week after I placed my order. Searching on Reddit surfaced multiple instances of this happening to people.
