I have been working here for over a year and would like to share my experiences:
- High-ranking individuals often lack technical knowledge and understanding of operations. Imagine a tech person coordinating between departments and reporting to a manager who doesnât grasp basic concepts. This issue is exacerbated when you address such a manager on Slack with detailed information, only for them to respond with irrelevant or nonsensical questions. Yes, Iâm talking about Anna.
- The companyâs micromanagement is a significant problem. They want to track every aspect of your work, including setting up time trackers, which is a clear sign of a toxic workplace.
- Many of my friends in the development team are frustrated by the changes implemented by Praxis management. The people in top positions lack the necessary skills and understanding to manage processes, personnel, and workflow effectively.
- Itâs even more absurd when the department manager boasts about their workload and the number of tickets theyâve resolved. However, a closer look at the difficulty of these tickets or a technical inquiry reveals their lack of knowledge, leading to negative perceptions of the company and its leadership.
- Employees are treated poorly, with no recognition or respect. They can be fired without notice or a chance to say goodbye to colleagues, simply being deleted from Slack with no notification to others.
- There are rumors that some employees, who are friends with the managers, get promotions and salary increases. Conversely, if you complain about procedures or other issues, you will be treated poorly.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Stay away from them for sure!

I have been working here for more than a year and have the experience to share with you here:
- people who are in high positions, don't know how things are working they are non-tech. You can imagine the situation when a tech person cooperates between different departments and go to their manager and that manager does not know simple things. The worse situation became when you address that person in Slack with a lot of things and details, she simply does not what to answer and asks stupid questions that are not related to the topic at all. Yes, I'm speaking about Anna.
- Micro control that's the worse thing in this company when they want to track everything that you are doing, they wanted to set up time-trackers -> which is a red flag and means that is a toxic company.
- I had a lot of friends from the development team and they are irritated by the changes that have made Praxis management. Those people don't how to work and they are in the top positions which involve controlling the processes, personnel, dedication of the new staff, and the flow of the work. You simply see that those people are not aware of what they are doing and what they should do.
- It's even more hilarious when the manager of the whole department indicates how she's hardworking and how many tickets she has solved but if you check the ticket difficulty or ask something more technical. You instantly see the knowledge of that person and you have negative thoughts about the company and how this company works with such managers.
- People are treated in a very bad way, they don't evaluate people at all, they can fire you and don't give any opportunity to farewell to colleagues, just deleting you in Slack and no Notifications that the person has left the company, they simply don't care.
- I've heard that there are people who are good friends with those "managers" and you may receive a new position and a bigger salary if you complaint about procedures and other staff you will be treated like sh#t.
Don't recommend this company to anybody stay away from them.

We have been working with Praxis for 3 years, and we are receiving incredible services for the two companies under our holding, both in technical aspects and in PSP recommendations. Especially Sadiq Gokal and their team provide us with very sincere and genuine support in every aspect. They assist us in the most urgent times and are extremely flexible in many areas. I like how customizable things are so basically we build our payment setup on their platform, the way we need it. Some things are not as intuitive as you would expect so I did have to rely on support a lot when we were setting up, but they are very responsive.

Praxis is good. First of all, because they have A LOT of payment providers and this is not something we would have been able to handle in-house, given our small team and limited resources. They did help our business grow. The portal UX takes some getting used to but itâs manageable.
