I would just like to say over the past couple of months Matthew's customer service has been brilliant he has always been on hand if I needed any help with anything, been very understanding and tried his best to help me when I was in a bad situation...I think I would still be struggling to pay my debt off of it wasn't for him going back and forth trying to help! Thank you for your time and patience it has been very much appreciated :)

Just at the beginning of a dispute with this company so would appreciate any advice as they are demanding money from me without providing a service. I did accidenatlly sign two different contracts as the brokers are constantly calling you and i got a bit confused about who was who.

BEFORE anything chat to these people. With months of worrying a simple call to discuss options and the figure agreed was less than I proposed. They DO listen. They are not a con they are legitimate in finding solutions to prevent legal action. After months of worrying a simple 5 minute phone call stopped all of the worry and a significant reduction in cost was arranged. I spoke to Emma and she was so helpful and understanding. Nobody likes being asked money and it can be scary but a chat is worth the time.

I received paperwork from Preaction regarding an agreement with EDF Energy and I have to be honest from the first time I spoke with Amanda, she was very professional, calm, and approachable in terms of her mannerism and very sensible in terms of listening to both sides of the claim. I am very pleased to advise that a resolution was found. My advice to anyone that receives a letter is stay calm, check the fine details in terms of the facts in preparing a defense and most important keep a copy of all your paperwork in communication from the supplier and the third party agent. Whilst I hope that I do not receive a letter again it was always a pleasure to communicate and liase with Amanda. Thank you!

Acting on behalf of Utility Alliance trying to force us to pay for lost commission from a dodgy utility broker. Non stop calls from their agents who keep switching to new agents once they get bored of calling, We have had 3 agents and this has been going on for most of 2022 I suggest NOT TO TALK with them at all. Since ignoring them they have passed this over to FRP Advisory Trading Limited who they are working with. I will update soon.

After being contacted by this company in regards to an apparent default on my account with a insurance broker ,I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Colin , who listened to my problem and understood what the problem was.
Went away for a couple of hours, and has just come back to me saying that the the case has been resolved and closed. My advice if anyone receives a letter from this company, ring them and talk to them, they are there to help. Thankyou once again.

An awful company trying to force people into paying compensation for a dodgy utility broker who went bust. Even though I have provided written evidence from the supplier that the contracts were invalid due to no fault of my client, they have still been pursuing him for over a year for thousands of pounds when he has done nothing wrong. Absolutely awful people - AVOID!

Excellent support and advice when dealing with a difficult company aggressively selling an energy switch service to my 82 year old uncle.
Melanie was extremely understanding and professional, always doing exactly what she said she would, when she said she would which is a very rare & refreshing thing these days.
Although my uncle ended up out of pocket, Melanie ensured the whole process- and the duplicate mistake recently made by the energy company - was resolved in as clear and seamless manner as possible

On receiving calls and emails from this company I can honestly say they handled my case professionally and with compassion at all times. My claim was dealt by a gentleman named Jonathon who was very helpful and made the awful situation I had got myself in easier to deal with. There was some confusion over the contract with an energy supplier which I must admit I was surprised to find out as it had been a year and I was issued to pay a default fee. Jonathon was always happy to explain and listen and reassured me we would resolve the issue with the company. It was a genuine mistake on my behalf and a costly one and a lesson to be learned but I can't thank Jonathon enough for making an unpleasant situation easier to deal with.

Awful company. I would avoid if possible. Acting on behalf of Utility alliance trying to collect very dubious debts for lost commission. Lots of negative reviews about them under Utility Alliance profile.
They also flag negative reviews on trust pilot to get them removed. Check the flagging tab to see how many they have had removed- 14 when I checked.
They have flagged my review twice and I have had to provide evidence and respond to trust pilot twice to stop my review being removed.

I had signed an agreement with Utility Bidder on behalf of our cafe, which closed due to the impact of Covid. There was some confusion at first, as I couldn't remember signing the agreement, and I was concerned that this was a scam. I reported the issue to the police, just in case. Actually, it turned out to be genuine, and the case was dealt with by a very compassionate and ethical man, John Cousins. He was thorough and fair, and we reached a resolution that meant I was no longer having to agonise about an oversight that happened during the worst period of my life. Nobody wants to receive a phone call from this type of company -- obviously -- but, if anyone is going to facilitate an ethical and sensible resolution, I hope these are the people you get to deal with. I will be forever grateful that this was dealt with swiftly and sensibly. No threats, no scare tactics, just a genuine and ethical approach.

Absolutely dreadful company. Threatening businesses on behalf of an energy broker ( which is in administration) unethical and harassing looking to be paid for undisclosed commissions.
Avoid like the plague. Actually the plague may be easier to rid yourself of than these parasites.

I can’t recommend these guys enough, very helpful and knowledgeable about how the energy sector works and they’ve recovered much lost revenue from other dodgy brokers activities. (I’m sure you all know what I mean by dodgy activities (COTs))!
