Due to the bank holiday period, we were unfortunately operating with a reduced team, which did impact our scheduling more than we would have liked. That said, we fully appreciate that this does not lessen the frustration caused, and we are grateful for your patience and understanding.

We are, however, pleased that Stefan was able to revisit and resolve the issue for you, especially as this was carried out over the bank holiday weekend at no additional cost. This reflects our commitment to ensuring every job is seen through properly, regardless of timing.

In relation to the equipment, all of our vehicles are fully equipped for the vast majority of drainage issues. However, as each job can vary in complexity, there are occasions where more machinery is required that may not be carried on every vehicle. In these instances, a follow-up visit is sometimes necessary to ensure the correct tools are used to fully resolve the issue safely and effectively.
