Thanks for the review, we do encourage customers to leave their honest feedback.

For clarity, the screen of your iPhone 14 Pro had multiple scratches. These were clearly shown in photos provided when the device was unpacked, for complete transparency. We have extremely high standards, and the screen did require replacement in order for us to resell it as a quality refurbished device, and this did mean we needed to revise the offer price provided to you.

Our revised values are based on the work required to repair the device to meet our high resell standards, and we understand that sometimes these may not be accepted. In those situations, we offer to send customer devices back completely free of charge within 24 hours.

Contrary to your claim, we do not 'deliberately damage devices' so we can pay less. Firstly, this is an unethical practice that would not see our business trade for long, secondly to do so would not make any financial business sense as we would then have to cover the increased repair costs. That claim makes no sense at all, so we just wanted to correct that statement.

As a business we have maintained a minimum of 95% 5-Star status on Trustpilot consistently for over 6 years because of our extremely high standards and ethical practices. Please feel free to review all of our past feedback, which have only attracted 3% 1-star. We do appreciate that every now and then a sale may not go to plan and some customers may not be happy with their revised offer. But we are fair and honest with every customer and allow freedom of choice to accept or decline revised offers.

Suffice to say your device has been sent back to you today as promised and we can only apologise that we weren't able to help process your sale on this occasion.

Thanks for your review, and I apologise that your experience with this order hasn't gone the way you may have wished.

To review the situation for more clarity:
After detailed testing of your device using industry leading diagnostic software, we identified that one of the internal microphones was faulty and due to the nature of the required repair we did have to downgrade the offer made.

We ensured the diagnostic report was shared with you to show this was a genuine fault, picked up by one of the industries best software testing platforms, in an effort to be as transparent as possible, as we only downgrade offers when faults are found, in a very clear and honest way.

As with all of our offers, you are free to accept or decline, and if declined we send your device back completely free of charge the next day. Which was the case here.

Although you didn't agree with the revised offer, we provided honest and clear communication, validated our offer with diagnostic test results and when you declined we sent your device back completely free of charge the very next day.

We are not a company who offers high prices online then downgrade our customers phones after testing. This is dishonest and not a way we choose to do business. Because of our commitment to customer satisfaction and transparent business practices, we consistently maintain over 95% 5-star Trustpilot customer feedback, a statistic we are extremely proud of and represents how we conduct our businesses on a daily basis and will continue to do so moving forward.

All in all, despite the price not being accepted, we feel we have offered a very good level of service which is our aim with every order.

Whilst we appreciate your review, we have matched up your email address with our database payment system and can confirm you were paid in full for your order on 6th June 2025.

My customer services team will forward a payment confirmation screenshot to your email address showing the payment in full was made to the bank account provided by yourself when you submitted the order.
