Step One: Instant Online Price
Simply visit prelovedtech.co.uk and locate your device from our extensive catalogue. Select your devices specification and condition from the grading options and get and instant price.

Step Two: Pack your device
Once your sale is confirmed we will send you a FREE shipping pack to send in your device(s). Simply pack it up and fix the shipping label to the front.

Step Three: Post your device
Once your device is securely packed, simply drop it off at your local post office. Royal Mail will then safely transport your device to us for testing.

Step Four: Receive your payment
Once we have received and tested your device, you payment will be sent via the method chosen when registering your sale, either PayPal or BACS.

After a bad experience with another


After a bad experience with another tech buyer I sent my phone off to Pre-Loved Tech. I filled in a very quick questionnaire, they sent me a label and packaging (although you can print this yourself too to save waiting) and I sent it off. They agreed with my phone assessment and paid the money within 24 hours. Highly recommended.

Sold my phone

Sold my phone, as soon as it got there I received an email stating it would take up to 2 days for someone to look at my phone, unfortunately my phone got there with scratches but that would be on me for not packing it properly, anyway I got another email 2 days later explaining that it had scratches and they offered me 45 instead of 67 but money is money and it would have just gone in the bin otherwise. The money was transferred into my PayPal about 7 or 8 hours later so I was really happy with how quick it all was

Very quick and easy questionnaire to complete.
Easy to send phone off and money received in a few days.
Can't complain about anything.
I asked for a pack to send my phone off in, that was just a plastic bag, so not protective at all. But used my original phone box. Not a problem

Quick and efficient service

Quick and efficient service. I was sent a prepaid envelope as requested to send in my tech, they informed me once received, checked it quickly and the money was in my account the same day they told me it would be. Could not fault the service received.

Great experience - My pack was sent out to me quickly and arrived back and revised very fast! I received the money within 24 hours. The whole process was really simple and I would use this company again ☺
