Very disappointing hand over. The car was the most expensive in the lot. when I had a chance to look further at the car at home this is what I found-steering wheel filthy-used five wet wipes all turning black with dirt, and polished it to bring to usable use. A rather botched repair to rear bumper, which I have now covered. An offside front tyre with a small rubber chunk missing from sidewall, which will need replacing. I will get car to a good standard... but they should have sorted all this! I will think twice in future. yes I know the caveat-let the buyer beware, but its a question of trust.

Ordered new car that has not arrived despite lies from staff saying car will be here in days. Keep phoning and keep getting lies while they hold my deposit. The car ordered is available at other outlets. Just lies, lies,lies. Not happy, will never use again.

Adam made the process easy and straightforward. We'd travelled a fair way and they went out of their way to prepare my cute little Suzuki Ignis (Ziggy) ready to take home in a couple of hours. As a bonus, we had a lovely walk around Hereford while we waited.

Impeccable service from start to finish. Matt is a consummate professional, not your typical pushy sales person. The whole process was smooth and straightforward and I personally recommend this company to anybody looking for a nice, low-mileage car at a fair price.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY IS THE REASON CAR DEALERSHIPS HAVE THE REPUTATION OF BEING SLIMEY AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. AFTER STRIKING A DEAL A BENDING TO THE WILL OF THE COMPANY DIRECTOR NICK BULLOCK, I WAS TOLD RANDOMLY WITH NO VIABLE REASON THAT HE WOULD NOT BE PROCEEDING WITH THE DEAL THAT WAS INITIATED. AFTER COUNTLESS HOURS WITH ME SPENT IN HIS SHOWROOM HE BACKED OUT BECAUSE HE SAID HE FELT SCARED. THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME IT ISNT HIS FAULT AND THAT IT IS TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL OF HIM TO DO SO. OFCOURSE I WAS OUTRAGED BECAUSE SO FAR THIS HAD COST ME HUNDREDS OF POUNDS. NO COMPENSATION WAS OFFERED, NO ALTERNATIVE DEAL, JUST SIMPLY THAT HE DOESNT WANT TO PROCEED AND I HAD TO DRAG A COHERENT APOLOGY OF HIM. AVOID THIS CLASSIC DODGY CAR SALESMAN AT ALL COSTS, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

So from start to finish Mark made this a very easy process with constant communication. Then collected from the train station and the car was as described and ready to go. The car perfect but the service from Mark was exemplary. I know where my next car is coming from

Matt and Mark from Premier Cars in Sandbach have been outstanding, they have been exemplary and highly professional in their communication with me and also due to the current situation with COVID all precautions were taken promptly. I cannot fault any aspect of their customer service throughout the purchase of my new Smart Car. I had a small issue with the car and Matt sorted it out straight away! The aftercare service is absolutely fantastic, they couldn't help enough. I will be recommending Premier Cars to my family and friends!
