Premier installed Hive for me in 2022 and I love having it. As I am partially sighted I sometimes need help to make changes to the system and Steve was a star, he sorted out the problem and showed me how to take some simple steps to put it right. Well done Steve and Premier Heating.

Premier Heating came with swagger and a grin
Promised first-time perfection, but it’s chaos I’m in
A new thermostat - you’ll control it with ease
Now we live under its whim
a cruel little tease.

Their rates astonish – two hundred and fifty an hour
Leaving a taste indescribably sour
They talked themselves up, you can trust in our name
But left us with heating
that no-one can tame.

Paying through the nose for a solution that won’t work.
A central heating system stuck on berserk
I gave them that trust, they gave me despair

Coming up to Christmas, I fully expected that any work would take several weeks to book-in because of the holidays. Premier went out of their way to make sure our heating was repaired before Christmas. Very grateful 🙏

Steve was great. He rang before he was coming to let me know he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He quickly identified the problem, explained all the ways it could be solved and shared about additional services available. He got everything fixed without needing a return appointment and I now have working central heating again. He was so kind in explaining how the new controller worked and I am confident that if anything happens Premier Heating will be able to get it sorted again in the future.

Professional, polite and extremely efficient.
Philip easily assessed the problem (broken boiler and immersion heater), Chris carried out the majority of work with dedication to completing a difficult installation, with Tyler and Stefan assisting at the final stage.

Initial visit to investigate problem, quote given to replace hot water tank due suspect leak from heating coil into hot tank back feeding hot water to cold tank in loft. “Haze” visible from hot water entering the cold water in the cold water tank from the pipe that normally supplies water to the hot tank to be heated. Darren left only to return 15 mins later saying he wanted to check the kitchen mixer tap due to the amount of water entering the cold tank (I had tied the mains feed float valve closed and recorded the level change daily since first noticing the overflow running) He found mains pressure internally leaking into the hot system in the kitchen tap forcing it’s way up into the hot tank and pushing the hot water into the cold tank. He cancelled the previous quote and issued another to replace the kitchen tap that I gladly accepted. (Saving about £1000) Approx a week later Steve visited to replace the tap at approx 5pm. Due to difficulties of access the 1hr job turned into 2 and he ended up an hour and a bit in his own time when he left. Both of the guys were polite, neat and tidy, mopped up any residual water and took away all rubbish on leaving. They both showed determination to fix the problem and remained cheerful when things were not going as expected. I’m really pleased to have come across this company who in my experience have been trustworthy and reliable and a far cry from plumbers in the past who talk a good job but often have not delivered what they’ve promised and sometimes not even bothered to turn up.

I was recommended Premier Heating Solutions by a family member. Zach provided a comprehensive and clear quotation and answered all our questions, he even found a small leak in our water tank that British Gas had missed. Harley did a fantastic job on the installation. There was some complicated flu work and modification of a cupboard to fit the new boiler, but Harley showed experience beyond his years in doing a very neat and tidy job. A second engineer arrived later in the day to help Harley finish off the job, and everything was left clean and tidy. All covered by a great warranty and aftercare service. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Steve did a thorough job of diagnosing the problem with the floor heating and offering a cost-saving solution.

Premier heating are without doubt the BEST heating company I have dealt with- particularly because of their outstanding support for the elderly and vulnerable. They installed the boiler and have managed and supported my elderly Father for a number of years. NO problem was too small and no solution was unachievable. They have ALWAYS been prompt, reliable, courteous and professional in all my dealings from the Office staff to the engineers.
I'm sorry were leaving you- it has ALWAYS been a pleasure. ( I've recommended you to the new owners of the house. )
