Was very easy to work with and so helpful in getting the phone l needed.

This is the 2nd time I ordered from premier/ max and fix. The first time was pretty seamless and a good experience with a great product. The 2nd time wasn’t as smooth, but Brian and customer service were great. They were very responsive and easy to work with and worked quickly to make everything right. Absolutely wonderful experience working with their customer service. I will definitely buy from them again.

Communication was good, they work to try to get product out to you….. Only problem was I didn’t get iPhone 12 mini purple 64GB so they upgraded me to iPhone 13 mini white 128GB with 25 dollar credit which was nice so I will definitely buy from them again.

my MacBook Pro was for a good price and was described as in the description. I bought the new open box Mac. Anyways my only complaint is how long it took for them to ship off the Mac, but there was holidays and weekends so I understand. I am very happy with my purchases and the customer service is great. You can tell they are real people and good people. <3 Also one thing I would like to add about Max and Fix is they have many payment options and finance options, and that what makes them also a wonderful option for many people. They are also very flexible and friendly.

I ordered the wrong MacBook Air initially and contacted them to cancel because I didn’t see the one I wanted on the site. The customer service found the one I wanted and expedited shipping with no extra charge! Thank you

Even though I ended up canceling my order, Brian at MaxandFix provided excellent customer service. He offered refund and warranty options and was super understanding when I chose to go another route. I really appreciated the professionalism—would definitely consider buying from them in the future!

Seems to be a legit company. Interest is insane ofcourse but it’s a good option for people repairing their credit. I received my iPhone 15 Pro Max with only one dollar down.

The product was just what I expected and packaged to protect the device. I got the device for a great price and its like brand new.
