I have been a client at the Airport Executive Suites for over a year now. Things were wonderful when Anika was the General Manager at this location. She was always so nice and dealt with issues on the spot. She also always had her door open so she was accessible to the clients. This new manager Nima Arzani does not get back in contact with clients. He keeps his door shut and in my opinion, he does not make an effort to connect with his tenants. I ended one of my office contracts while still keeping my second office. It has now been three months and I still have not received my Security Deposit check. I have reached out to him and weeks have gone by with no response. I had to threaten to speak to his supervisor to finally hear anything. I understand if it’s an isolated incidence, but after speaking to other clients and the staff at the location it seems that he does not respond to them either. Bring Anika back!!! I am so thankful for Armondo and Mark still being there. They are always very helpful and have made my experience at that office an overall great one. Thank you two for all that you do for the clients!!!

I love this office space ! its the perfect size and every one that manages the place is super friendly and helpful .
In my company’s time with Premier we enjoyed our stay. There friendly staff were there for our needs, however if something should change in there business practices it should be the withholding of the customers deposit.
We deposited $4500 with Premier and unfortunately didn’t realize that there refund process is 60 days after move out. Most small business need operating cash and waiting 60 days for a deposit refund that should take no more than 30 Days is regrettable.

A great space and nice staff. The additional charges that can be applied (copies, mail, etc) are not clearly listed, so we got one big surprise on our invoice. We won't make that mistake again, but it would be nice if there was a place where we could find those prices...we can ask, but sometimes the need is after hours and staff isn't available. Maybe you could put it on a member website that only tenants have access to, or something similar. Then there's only one place you'd have to make changes (rather than on a printed price list or something). Anyway...a great place!

Absolutely loving my experience so far! The reception staff are very friendly and accommodating. All questions are answered quickly and the atmosphere in the building is a perfect blend of professional and casual as needed.
Some of your staff were not welcoming to my staff and treated them with un acceptable customer service, specially that we had just moved to your building recently.
So far last one month I'm pleased using this business office.
Only one thing I don't like is that I can hear neighbor's noise (mostly voice) whenever she is on the phone...
We have been in our space for 6 months and we are very happy with all the services provided. The entire staff is a pleasure to work with. I certainly would recommend the location and offices to anyone looking for executive office space.
I appreciate being able to move to a bigger office and not paying more. Although my last office was OK, I was not able to bring all my books due to lack of room. Now, however, I can move the books from storage to office!
The staff at 2102 Business Center Dr are one of the best we have seen (and we have used exec suites before). Clarrisa, Janet and Mark helped us out quickly and professionally. We are looking forward to our time there!
Over promised and under delivered. Put me in one noisy office after another until I had to leave. Not very nice when it was time to move and close out. Said it was month to month/cancel any time then hit me for a 60 day notice.
Corporate cut me a deal but the Irvine Airport mgr wasn't so nice.
They make their money on the little things and hit me hard when it was time to leave.
