This website is a COMPLETE SCAM. I thought I was just buying a Lightroom preset, but after that they secretly signed me up for a subscription without my clear consent. Now they keep charging me $24.94 every single month.

No transparency, no warning, nothing. Just a sneaky way to steal money from people. This is disgusting and unacceptable.

They will set up monthly subscription without u even having an account with them, so u cant cancel, u can only cancel ur credit card. They will lie to you as long as they can that they removed you from subscription but new month they will charge you again. How is this legal i dont know but dont fall for it. I just wish i can find out who they are by name so i can find them and beat them up.

Avoid at all costs. This company will setup a recurring subscription even if you have purchased a one-off bundle. Then they say you can login to your account to cancel but they do not provide you with account details. A complete scam. They do not respond to emails. They should be investigated.

Update - they claim my email does not work yet I’ve received 3 bogus invoices from them containing receipts for a subscription I did not sign up for. They have not refunded.

FYI - the invoices contain a link to your supposed order however when you click on this link nothing happens as the order simply doesn’t exist so even if you did subscribe you cannot access presets.

I’ve had to cancel my credit card due to this fraud.

Like others have mentioned, they will setup a recurring monthly payment that you did not agree to.

Total scam, avoid. The presets aren't worth the drama of dealing with their scam tactics.

As most people say yes this a scamming company, I look through their policies and I will be taking legal action against them for multiple things but if it turns out they are from a different country there is only so little I can do and I will just stick to disputing this and moving on. But please please be careful and stay away from this company

I purchased a preset pack in the 12month and it worked well (presets are shit tho).

Warning, these are scammers! They will set up a monthly subscription for their products, regardless of whether you have made such an order or not.

Scam, please avoid them. It is impossible to cancel your subscription (I do not have an account there, I cannot access it) and they charge me for the subscription. Also, I am fairly sure that the positive reviews are fake.

Bought a preset bundle, delivered, most of them are useless but anyway. They subscribe you to their services without you knowing and after a month they charge you 25USD for some bad presets. They don’t answer any email you send them also if in their refund policiy it’s clearly written that for people buying in the UE is possible to have a refund within 14 days.
Ps they respond to other email but never answered my request of refund

Presets were okay but as other reviewers said they create a subscription on your name and try to charge money from your card even if you didn't sign up to any subscription. There is no possibility to cancel it since the link on their website doesn't work and they don't reply to your emails. I had to cancel my credit card and order a new one because they didn't stop trying to charge my card illegally.

membership was a good edition. have been buying from them for awhile but only use the presets once or twice for a few projects each time. now I can join for a month, use them for what I need and cancel until I need them again

They are nothing but scammers! A month ago i bought a preset bundle from them, everything was fine until today when i got charged almost 25 USD for "Purchase" i haven't made. After my first purchase it seems they have created an subscription on my name, and it's impossible to cancel it, when i enter the email address that i used it says that account doesn't exist, and they have already charged my account.

Stay away from them for your own good!

Nothing but issues.

My first issue was the false advertising. First off they claim on their website to have created all these presets themselves.

Upon buying a pack, I noticed some familiar presets in it with the branding removed, and these were from Woodland Presets. Clearly not made by them. So I bought the pack which claimed to have 6000+ presets including all these Woodland presets. Upon receiving, I got 2500 presets but in 3 different formats. Also the woodland ones advertised weren’t there.

Contacted them for clarification to which they said that they aren’t Woodland Presets and that they actually don’t make them. They’re bought from other creators. They then refunded my money.

I had forgotten about this until today, when at 10pm a transaction for almost £20 was attempted to be taken from them. It bounced because I don’t hold money in the account. An hour later, another transaction for the same amount. Contacted my bank who said they have set up a subscription without my knowledge.
