If no stars was an option I’d give them that, I ordered 2 bottles of Joseph Phelps insignia and when I looked up the site it showed Napa Valley Ca, so I figured regular shipping would be sufficient, when I placed the order and got my FedEx delivery number it showed that it was coming from Connecticut and I wasn’t paying that much money for the wine to sit in a truck for 5-6 days in the heat that we have been having in fear that the wine would be damaged, I made several attempts 6-8 to contact premium wine direct to no avail via email since they have no phone number on their site, I reached out to wine search because this store uses their website to sell their wines, first I asked in a email that if they send a bill for 2 day overnight I’d pay the difference, no response after wine search contacted them and the my issue they finally answered my last email that stated I would not accept the delivery and that I wanted a full refund. Long story short I’m never ordering from this company again. Caveat emptor. PS if your shopping for Joseph Phelps 2019 do not buy them from this retailer because there’s a great possibility that they traveled for up to 12 day traversing the US. The worst customer service ever and they had the audacity to say they had thousands of great reviews, only problem is you can’t find any of them. I placed the order on July 1st never heard from them for 6 days after the order had shipped. Finally got my full refund 13 days later.

This website is a scam. I placed an order and they took the money and never delivered the product. It looks like they sent a package and then recalled it with no explanation and the contact information was bogus. This is fraud, do not order from this site.
