Preno has really increase our revenue, while easing our work load. Tomas and Marie were the best , very helpful and patient.

Their support are always genuinely their to solve your issue and get you back online, unlike other platforms that export their support overseas and often leave you feeling like you're repeating yourself and going around in circles.
A really easy to use platform perfectly suitable for the small to mid-size property.

Marie is a hands-on, deal with Novices like me with patience and never makes you feel stupid. This is why we are with Preno, the best customer service and nothing is too much trouble.

I am writing this review approximately three months after on-boarding with Preno. As such I am in a position to comment on both the on-boarding process and the service post on-boarding. In terms of on-boarding the process was very well managed and completion dates agreed were fully met. The transition from the previous service provider was seamless and painless. As with any change, in my experience, there are teething problems. Some of those problems being self driven as there is always a period of developing an understanding of functionality within a new system. To that end the Preno team have always been available by email, phone and video call as the need required. Three months on I feel totally at ease with the functionality and it is clear to me how much consideration has gone into creating a model that fulfils the needs and requirements of independent operators. A big thank you to the entire team and I look forward to a long, sustainable relationship.

I have enjoyed working with Preno they are super friendly and very helpful in getting our booking system up and running and also the website.
Marie was very patient and talked me through all the steps making it much easier.
And now we are getting bookings through all from one booking system it’s so much easier.
