I should have made the switch sooner!
I am writing this review approximately three months after on-boarding with Preno. As such I am in a position to comment on both the on-boarding process and the service post on-boarding. In terms of on-boarding the process was very well managed and completion dates agreed were fully met. The transition from the previous service provider was seamless and painless. As with any change, in my experience, there are teething problems. Some of those problems being self driven as there is always a period of developing an understanding of functionality within a new system. To that end the Preno team have always been available by email, phone and video call as the need required. Three months on I feel totally at ease with the functionality and it is clear to me how much consideration has gone into creating a model that fulfils the needs and requirements of independent operators. A big thank you to the entire team and I look forward to a long, sustainable relationship.
