The box arrived totally smashed. The puzzle seems OK but it's hard to say without opening the bag.

It's took to long to get the order, I that that you shipping it from USA.
Today was the first time I used it when I was driving a car, I did not notice any improvement using the glasses.(disappointed)I will use it for few more days to see if any things is changed.

The box arrived looking as if someone stepped on it. It is mostly unusable, but the pieces all seemed ok. We'll have to finish it to make sure, though.

Your tracking information is to cumbersome for those of us who are not techies. And on a side note, I may not have ordered these if I knew they were coming all the way from Finland, and why would you box them and show the origin was Lisa Angeles? They arrived at my second home and I haven’t seen the product yet, I hope I didn’t waste my money and time on a product that doesn’t work. And why the next box, why do I have to enter my order, YOU asked for the review.

Excellent service, excellent shipping, reasonable cost

Quality of the item was not up to my standards. Diamond plates were not marked as to grit. Cheap plastic housing and guides and couldn't keep knife edge in contact with the diamond plates due to weak springs.

This machine is not a machine at all it's like a plastic baby doll kids toy. So lifht weight n fragile. it doesn't even get hot. all it does is spray water on your head and wets your straight hair nothing like the video on Tik Tok. nothing that I expected. and for the money it's not worth it. and quite honestly i would like a refund.. cheaply made it's toy plastic

I am still trying to figure out how to use it. A set of instructions would have helped.

The shipping is expensive and when the product arrived it was very inexpensive (somewhat flimsy) plastic. Not what I was expecting.

Sharpener is made of flimsy material. Does not move smoothly and is too short for long knives. For the price, it is disappointing.

The fact that you did not disclose that the product was shipping from overseas until the order was complete is total dishonesty. The knife sharpener is of very cheap quality and I found a very similar one in a local shop for $19.99 after I ordered yours but could not cancel the order.

The shipping was fast and they kept me informed every step of the way, but the unit itself isn't quite as solid as I expected it to be. Also I was under the impression that it came with 2 of the grit bars, for a total of 4 different levels of roughness, but it only came with the one. Aside from those minor complaints it works as advertised and it worked very well to put the proper degree of bevel to the edge of a blade that had been a problem child straight from the factory. Overall its a decent product at a fair price, and I would certainly buy it again.

I received two 17degree and one 25degree sliders. No instructions or information, just throw in a box and sent off. I was looking forward to receiving the sharpener. Im very disappointed. I can't even send it back since the was no information included 😕

Great product keeping me updated on arrival only thing was no paperwork telling me grit of stones was supposed have 20 degree guide only got 15 and 25 guides .but looks nice guides don't fit tight slide around quite a bit but easy hold right highly recommended for anyone can't hold hand steady makes easy get right angle

Not a great product built very cheaply. Had I known it was going to be this mediocre I wouldn’t have bought it. Definitely not worth the price I paid and the wait to get it. That’s what I get for trusting ads on facebook
