Unfortunately didn't get the product delivered, not sure why could be I live semi rural. Requested refund and tried to get in contact heard from someone with in 5 days and refund was given

Good variety. Initially thought they meal amounts would be too small but they have turned out to be just right and they are also tastier than i thought they would be :-)

I usually order from other food delivery services, but this time I decided to give PREP a try. Unfortunately, it was a huge mistake. I paid a lot of money and received a few bags of food that weren’t worth a penny. First of all, the packaging was terrible. The food bags were leaking, messy, and definitely not airtight. When I opened them, the food smelled awful. It was just basic chicken and rice and Pasta, but the quality was so poor I couldn’t even eat one portion. It was smelly and disgusting. I tried to eat a serving, but it was inedible. I even bent the portion, took a photo, and sent it to PREP. Their response? They offered to resend the food—which made no sense, because I couldn’t eat the first batch. The second portion was sausage, but again, just sausage with some rice and potatoes—nothing fresh or appetizing. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. I emailed them and waited two days for a reply. When I followed up, I waited another three days, and still didn’t get any real help. Honestly, it felt like a scam. Terrible food, bad service, and a complete waste of money. I will never order from PREP again.

Wow what a disappointment! These meals are just plain rice, with a spoonful of sauce, plain chicken and or veg. All very mini. Like seriously im starving. These are probably great for a child but is really not filling for a grown up. Also not the best flavour. Not ordering these again sadly.

I can't fault these! Filling and tasty, half way through second week and not bored of any of them as there's enough to mix them up, only thing I would say is a smidge more sauce wouldn't go a miss :-)
