Awesome. I’ve always been a bit unsure about these pre prepared meal companies but after lots of consideration we chose prep perfect and it was certainly the right choice.

The food is amazing & their customer service is even better! I get my meals sent to the west of Scotland & a couple of times had sudden change of plans due to work, but the PrepPerfect team come through everytime! I haved meals from both the meal prep menu & the a la carte menu, they're all delicious! Well worth the money & makes life a lot easier. Can't wait to see what meals they bring out next 😊

Amazing product. Meals are so varied and each one is delicious, my weight loss and fitness journey has been effortless thanks to PrepPerfect. I don’t have to think about or plan my meals, healthy meals are brought to me! The company was even happy to make a small edit to the dishes to suit my dietary needs without any issues. I will be re-ordering every month for the foreseeable future.

I signed up for this because I wanted to lose some weight. I decided to try the 28 day meal plan. The meals are lovely, delivery has been great and questions were answered in a timely manner. After struggling to drop some pounds other ways, I’ve managed to drop 1 stone in a month! Definitely recommend.

Prep Perfect are ideal for anyone trying to count calories. The handy label on the front tells you exactly how much protein, carbs etc you’ve got. Just pop in microwave and lunch/dinner is done! So easy and hassle free.

Food is delicious and tasty. Service has been faultless and I look forward to each and every meal. I’m currently following 1200 calorie plan and have enjoyed every meal so far without exception. I personally love breakfast and am finding breakfast portion small for me, but am finding it’s enough food each day. I think it’s fantastic value for money and would recommend. It’s great that they offer different calorie plans and a snack service. They did follow my dietary requirements and some of the recipes/snacks have been really, really tasty and are really healthy. Great kick start to healthy eating this year.

So I've tried a couple of 'meal bundles' and PrepPerfect has been definitely the best so far. The food is fresh, tasty, full of flavour, and this feedback comes from a household member, who has been working as a chef for a number of years! So really well done!
I hope that in the future your range of meal prep meals will increase, so I can continue using your services without getting bored of it!

I first ordered the 7 day weight loss deal to check if I wanted to continue. The online ordering process was simple enough, I was given a date and a slot when my order would be delivered. The food was delivered on time as scheduled and the packaging was all good, delivered in cold bags with instructions. You get quite a good variety of meals and most of the meals are lovely. I haven’t felt hungry which is great. I’ve now signed up to the 28 day programme. I am going to check my weight at the end of the 28 day programme.

I have been a customer for about a year, trialled other companies in between, yet this is my favourite by far.

The boxes are very securely packed, never leak, never smell and are always delivered on time. The ingredients and nutritional value of each meal is broken down on their website and some details (eg calories, carbs) are also included on the containers. Importantly, the cuts of meat are also stated (eg it’s labelled as breast so you know you’re not eating innards, for instance!), they cater for halal and have full certification status. Also, their discount codes apply for both new and existing customers. As a plus point, their chocolate brownies and vegetarian Christmas dinner are especially divine, I would subscribe just for these if nothing else!!

A couple of small downsides are that the menu doesn’t change often and delivery slots can become a little scarce around Christmas. These were my reasons for trialling other companies. As I have stated above though, I have genuinely found that others do not compare in terms of quality. I always return here.

Please do go ahead and give these guys a try, they are absolutely brilliant and you won’t regret it. This is not a paid ad and I am not a friend of the owners or a robot lol, I stand by this review wholeheartedly!

Although the food overall could be fit in term “healthy”, it was still hard to say it was tasty. The producer did not experiment too much, there was too much starch and repetitive meal patterns. Overall I don’t recommend this service

Very delicious, can't believe I have not been using them before. Excellent customer service and good range of dishes. Highly recommend.

The food is absolute quality, better than what I’ve seen around the market. Also I had a couple of containers which had smashed on delivery and prep perfect were happy to refund the broken containers. Quality food, quality service.
