Excellent products and delivery

Foods are tasty and healthy. Delivery is arranged as requested with no disruption. Good service worth continuing 😚

I am not sure how it is even possible to make every single meal so bland? Rice - cheap quality and watery. Shezuan dish - basically rice with sugar, tastes like awful desert. It made me appreciate my own cooking. Would never order again. White fish dish - why not to use at least Bassa fish and add some spice!? I understand keeping away from salt but there is nothing wrong to use ginger, paprika, tarragon or any other good quality herbs to avoid customer disappointment. I felt that I have totally wasted my money! :(

I have been ordering meals from Prep Perfect for just over 6 weeks now and have been very happy with the customer service, delivery and meals themselves.

I love cooking but started using Prep Perfect because after a few months into lockdown I was struggling with my own meal prep inspiration and needed something new and healthy to help me with my meal prep goals. I also had major surgery scheduled for mid summer and had been advised that I wouldn't be able to cook even simple meals for myself for a few weeks so wanted to make sure I found a decent meal prep service in advance of surgery.

I opted for a couple of weeks of low carb to help get me back on track on that front followed by a monthly weight loss plan subscription. I then went back to weight loss weekly orders, primarily because I wasn't eating the snacks they sent me and I also wanted to move to 10 meals a week to allow myself the odd meal off, or to start cooking again after surgery. I have also looked at using their "meal builder" option where I can have full control of my meals for very similar, if not the same price.

My very first order did not arrive due to an issue with DPD. However, PP were excellent at keeping me updated, rearranging delivery and offered a refund if re-delivery did not suit me. I also had an issue where some snacks didn't arrive one week but, again, customer service were easy to get in touch with, very responsive and friendly. They helped to rearrange a partial refund which I was very happy with. I don't mind the odd error in service as we're all human, as long as customer services are responsive and helpful, which they were.

I've seen some reviews say the meals are bland. I think that the weight loss meals plans should be so that you can add sauces and seasoning as and when you need them. I have IBS issues and previous meal plan companies have wreaked havoc on my system as I can't fully control what is in their sauces. Some of the PP meals I don't need condiments with but others I use a bit of mayo or add something extra on the side, like a little more veg or cheese. I have no problems with the taste of the meals - some are more tasty than others.

I'm very happy with PP and see myself continuing to use them going forward.

I’m finding that my meals are not satisfying the portion size is very small. I get my package was designed for weight loss but it doesn’t fill me up at all.Shame they don’t offer money back for the price I paid for one weeks worth I just don’t think it was worth it. Very bland food also. It’s not something I look forward to eating everyday.

On the whole, I found this a pleasant and easy experience. The web site could be a little better - I'd like to see much more detail on the meals - but it does the job. Food was delivered on time, well-packed. The food itself is perfectly fine for what it's supposed to be. This is not restaurant-quality food, but that's not what you're paying for here. The meals you receive don't look quite as nice as the ones on the site, either. Portions not quite as generous as they appear. But for my purposes (weight loss without the hassle of making my own healthy food), it works well. I shall continue ordering.

I emailed over a week ago and got no response, so much for customer service. Meals are quite bland. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

My first time trying a meal prep and I am very glad that I chose Prep Perfect! The food is delivered on time, tastes amazing and the portion sizes are absolutely perfect!

I would probably spend more buying lunch at work since Central London is super expensive for one healthy meal.

Have been using prep perfect for about a year and love it! All the meals are so nice, really helped me with my weight after having a baby. My other half and son even eat the meals now, we find them really convenient for our very busy lives. Highly recommended.

The preparation of the food is brilliant, actually is delivered looking like the photo! Tastes good, very flavoursome and a good balance in nutrition.

Delicious prepped meals with good macros !

I found the meals to be tasty and surprisingly filling once you got used to the portion size after a couple of days, I put it on a side plate to make it feel like a bigger portion. I was always skipping breakfast and dinner and just having crisps or biscuit for tea before due to the hours I work, these are just 2-3 mins in a microwave and have helped me eat at regular meal times. I’ve lost 5lb in 2 weeks which I had already lost 12lb but seemed to have stalled as I was reverting back to missing meals again, good delivery service and a good variety of meals.
