I am so glad that board certified Dr Sam Ellis created this skincare line. She’s 100 trustworthy and all of her products (I have them all) are highest quality and very affordable. Highest recommendation.

I've been a big fan of Prequelskin and have purchased nearly every product offered, multiple times. Plus, I've turned all my friends on their products. However, 6 months ago I had an issue with the packaging for the Gleanser. I contacted customer service. They responded with a suggestion of new pumps and sent replacements. That was great. But when the issue persisted, and I once again contacted to the company to let them know the new pumps did not solve the issue and asked for help. No reply. I emailed them again. No reply. And then contacted them 2 more times. each time waiting at least a week or 2. NO REPLY! Hard to believe, but I've been ghosted!!!

Big fan of Dr. Sam Ellis and this company. The products are really high quality and so reasonably priced. (and I'm no stranger to spending big money on skincare.) Great customer service. The Gleanser is the best cleanser I've ever used. Highly recommend.
