My case was treated by the escalation team a few days ago, but no effect as I still receive e-mail for funding the account !

I must compliment Bob on his fantastic customer service. He reached out to me in a very nice email and my issue is being resolved.
I must admit I really didn't expect any response from the company and was pleasantly surprised

La verdad es que no compro productos en línea y no me es útil la página y la suscripción es una buena página ya que si la abri pero realmente para mí no me sirve

No se en que momento se hizo la suscripción, los montones y cargos a mi cuenta cuando solo era para el envío de un paquete dove que aparentemente había ganado
