Hi there. Used a friend's tool over the weekend and really impressed. Just wondering if you do, or plan to do, an angled jaw set for hard to reach areas. Or isit compatible with a novopress angle set.... もっず芋る

Very easy to place order and immediate delivery. Press tool is excellent does exactly what it's meant to . Seems well made and two batteries a big plus

ORDER NOT RECEIVED, But now, received :o)

I had a message from DHL saying that they had delivered my items.

DHL provide a photo that showed a white front door in a block of flats, with the number 26. This is the wrong address!

My front door is in anthracite grey, and my house number is 46 and is the first house on the street.

This begs the question, did the DHL driver even try to find my house.

According to DHL, these items were also signed for. Obviously, not by me.

Considering that this was such an expensive purchase of approx £1400, why doesn't Press tools have them on a recorded delivery and return to Depo policy. I am not impressed.

I clicked on the Press-Tools contact page on their website, and rang provided the telephone number only to be told by the phone AI system that number wasn't recognised. Again I not impressed.

Now, I'll have to go out of my way to chasing up a delivery because of DHL incompetence. I have emailed Press Tools and I am waiting for a response.

How much money do you have to give a company to ensure that the delivery is received to the correct address?

Follow-up:

The following day after sending my email to Press-Tools (28th Jan 2025), I receive an email from them apologising for DHL's delivery error and that Press-Tools themselves had raised an investigation against the parcel not being delivered and would let you know asap, and in any case that an item had not been retrieved, they would simply send new tools as were covered with freight insurance.

And good enough after 5 days had pass, Press-Tools arranged to re-delivery the items I ordered again, but this time they used "Parcel-Force". They came when the said would, bang-on-time.

5 stars to Press-Tools, for there swift action in this matter. 5 stars to Parcel-Force.

The only email I have had off DHL was after I emailed them about my items not being delivered. DHL response email said that, they had opened a query and aim to respond to me within 1 working day, between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)

Still waiting 2 weeks later..
No email.
No apology.

This is about the 3rd time over 5 years that me and wife have had a delivery issues with DHL.
