I had a brilliant experience

I had a brilliant experience working with Pressiqa. As an entrepreneur running multiple beauty brands, getting the right visibility is everything and they delivered. Securing a feature in MSN Magazine was exactly the kind of credibility boost I was looking for, and Pressiqa made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Securing this premium level media…

Securing this premium level media coverage and honour is truly appreciated. The service is fast, effective and my feature which was released with Pressiqa 9-days ago has already increased our media presence across premium outlets and TV coverage opportunities.

PRESSIQA SCAM

they will take your money and delete the web post in a couple of months. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!
they scammed me for $500 for a post on MSN.COM then took down the post a month later.

We take all client feedback seriously and would like to clarify the timeline and facts surrounding this case for full transparency.

On September 9, 2024, we onboarded you as a client. During onboarding, we addressed all your questions and you completed the required intake form, which was used to prepare your feature.

On October 1, 2024, your article was successfully delivered as agreed.

On October 2, 2024, you requested changes to the published article and expressed dissatisfaction. While revisions after publication are not part of our standard scope (as the content is based on the information provided by the client), we still accommodated your request and updated the article accordingly as a goodwill gesture.

On October 4, 2024, the requested updates were completed and shared with you.

On February 6, 2025, the publication was removed by the third-party media outlet. It is important to clarify that Pressiqa does not own or control external media platforms or their editorial decisions, including how long an article remains live. This is a standard condition across the PR industry, where publishers retain full control over their websites and content lifecycle.

Following this, on February 11, 2025, we assisted in restoring the article without any additional charge, despite the payment dispute initiated from your side. We remained committed to resolving the matter fairly and professionally.

On April 2, 2025, we reached out again offering an additional complimentary feature in another publication as a gesture of goodwill, in exchange for resolving the ongoing dispute. This offer was acknowledged but not followed through as agreed.

On May 9, 2025, we still proceeded to deliver the complimentary feature as promised, despite the unresolved chargeback situation.

We remain committed to delivering high-quality PR services and supporting our clients throughout their media journey. However, it is also important to set clear expectations: PR placements are subject to third-party publisher policies, and while we work to secure placements, we do not control or guarantee the lifetime availability of external articles.

We respect all client opinions, but we also believe in accuracy and fairness when representing the facts of any engagement.
