I reordered some fittings today using the WhatsApp chat... i was sent a quote, then i clicked accept and it then emailed an invoice and once paid the fittings were dispatched the same day. Great service!

In my personal experience
In my personal experience, I would not recommend this company. I sent my Novopress tool for repair over 16 months ago. Because itâs an expensive piece of equipment, I had the delivery tracked and confirmed it had arrived. However, I never received any email confirmation from the company.
After repeatedly calling for updates, I was eventually told they were waiting for parts from âGermany.â Two months later, I chased them again and received the same excuse. Honestly, I would have preferred if they had admitted they were too busy rather than giving what felt like a poor excuse.
I then requested for my tool to be returned, yet I am still waiting for it.
Overall, the communication has been terrible and the service extremely disappointing. Do not use this company.
