Couldn’t have asked for a better person to look after my car. Having not driven my Maserati for a while, Dale worked wonders and at a price that I couldn’t question. All original parts, photo updates of the work and constant feedback. I won’t be going anywhere else again.

Was able to do basic service for an exaggerated price. I thought he will be giving me a sheet of all was done including all the checks he performed yet this hasn’t happened. Not sure if he did routine checks.
Explained to me that there are 2 minor jobs needed and that he will quote me when he receives the parts price from Maserati. I wrote to him several times either no reply or false promises and it has been 2 months now and nothing happens. All in all not the professional way to deal with the customers as expected for this price.

In response to his reply and texts:
If you are truthful enough send me the screen shots of your 3 emails for your quotation as you said. I was not expecting you to tell lies to make you look better in front of your customers.

Great service all round, and very pleasant individual, made sure that he was on time and cleaned up when finished, did a small assessment of the car as well to let me know if i needed to do anything in the immediate future, will certainly use Dale again highly recommended.

Dale does a wonderful job whether he is carrying out a service or an inspection. I recommend his company and his very professional service. He is also very polite and a pleasure to deal with.

Great service and so convenient for a fair price

I needed a repair done to our R8 that was in storage.
Dale at Prestiege helped diagnose the issue from my description.
From there he ordered the parts, liaised with the storage company to get access and kept me informed of everything.
Once with the car he carried out the repair (tensioner) and then went above an beyond, knowing we will collect the car soon he checked it over throughly, fluids, brakes, electrics and overall condition.
First time we’ve used Prestiege and we will recommend you others!

Dale came to take a look at a couple of potential issues (both mechanical and electrical) with my recently purchased Maserati Granturismo. Not only did he isolate the issues quickly and efficiently at my own home, he went above and beyond to give the car a good once over to check commonly occurring problems with Granturismo's.

Dale came to inspect my Porsche that I was selling on behalf of a purchaser. He managed to knock down my garden wall with his van. Initially all seemed OK and he was apologetic and reassuring that he would get it repaired. 3 weeks later, after blaming me, the quality of the wall pre impact, a leaking hose pipe weakening the walls foundations....and then offering a token payment only (which I refused on prinicpal
as he had caused the damage so should pay for all the repairs which would have only been circa £250 )...now he has stopped responding to msgs or calls regarding when he would get the wall repaired. He might be a good mechanic, but based on this, I would not trust him to deal with problems he causes if it is going to cost him even just a few hundred quid ! I have had to pay for the wall out of my own pocket now.

I'm sure he will have some BS excuses to try and cover himself once he sees this review. Be warned!

Dale is an absolute star. I had my shocka bsorber refurbished on my Lamborghini Murcielago by him and everything was like clock work from his response to the job to his knowledge on working on supercars. He has gone out of his way to make sure everything was done to perfection. Really worth giving him a go. He charges a fraction of what the main dealers do and all you end up with the Main dealers is a cup of coffee at reception! That cup of coffee will cost you an indirect cost of £4k..Thank you Dale and will definately be using you again on my other cars.

I couldn’t recommend Dale highly enough!! He is extremely professional, reliable and a technical wizz. My car was serviced in double quick time for far less than the dealership wanted to charge me and best of all, he comes to you. FIVE STARS! Thank you Dale.

fantastic idea for peace of mind.Most Bentley Speacialist refused to take this task on and we’re quoting for replacement costing nearly £5000!!

Helpful on phone the phone. Inspected the car for me within 3 days.The report was clear and covered 67 areas of importance on this model, many of which could not be inspected meaningfully without the specialist expertise he provided. Because of his experience of many similar cars, his covering mail included a clear buy/avoid recommendation. Very helpful.

Dale come over today. He changed my shocks on the front of my Audi R8. He also done a major service. Whilst he was here he sorted out a strange noise which turned out to be the power steering fluid. He also fixed the flappy paddle on my steering wheel. The car wasn’t shifting down. Done it in 10 minutes. Very very good. Price was reasonable and he comes to your house. Would highly recommend Dale. Very polite and thorough guy and certainly knows his stuff. Really nice bloke and very competent. I will be using him for anything I need doing to my R8. Another customer gained 100%. No fuss. Just got on with the job. Top marks.

Dale is a super chap, and having your servicing done at home is so convenient - I am a convert! Also very good value for a Maserati trained mechanic who uses genuine OEM parts.
